Job Description:

Senior Project Analyst Delivery Analytics 

 

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Project Analyst to join our team contributing to our DAE Analytics team, while also acting as a servant leader to the DAE Coaching organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data analytics and the ability to work independently with Power BI. This role involves preparing data for analysis, designing data visualizations, and providing data-driven insights to support business decisions.   

Primary Responsibilities: 

  • Prepare and clean data for analysis to ensure accuracy and reliability. 
  • Design and develop data visualizations using Power BI to effectively communicate insights. 
  • Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions. 
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights. 
  • Track Progress of DAE team metrics. 

Secondary Responsibilities: 

  • Facilitating DAE Agile Team ceremonies and ensuring the team follows Scaled Agile principles and practices. 
  • Support the DAE team in removing impediments and fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. 
  • Assist in the continuous improvement of DAE processes and practices within the team. 

Qualifications: 

  • Proven experience in data analytics and working with Power BI. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. 
  • Knowledge and understanding of Agile reporting, calculations, and data driven decision making. 
  • Familiarity with the Scrum Master role and willing to take on Scrum Master activities supporting the DAE Coaching team. 

Technical Skills: 

  • Proficiency in Power BI for data visualization and reporting. 
  • Strong knowledge of SQL for data querying and manipulation. 
  • Strong knowledge of DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) for aggregating, filtering, and manipulating data.  
  • Strong Knowledge of Python for data preprocessing tasks and building scientific models, which can be embedded in Power BI for automation and personalization of data analysis.  
  • These skills are foundational for creating data-driven strategies and turning raw data into actionable insights for business growth. 
  • Experience with data preparation and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes. 
  • Familiarity with statistical analysis and data modeling techniques. 
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis. 
  • Understanding of data warehousing concepts and tools. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • A degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related discipline 
  • Strong understanding of data governance and data quality management  
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

This position has a starting salary range of $91,200.00 to $118,600.00 per year. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience. This position is eligible for an annual incentive.
