Work Location: USA Remote (Prefer PST Time Zone)

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Program Manager to oversee and optimize our production operations. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient processes, maintaining high-quality standards, and leading cross-functional teams to meet production goals. The ideal candidate has a strong background in production management, process improvement, and team leadership. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Lead daily operations to ensure quality and efficiency targets are met. 
  • Develop and implement schedules, resource plans, and workflow strategies. 
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive continuous improvement initiatives. 
  • Collaborate with engineering to resolve issues. 
  • Manage and mentor Project Managers, Leads, and frontline staff. 
  • Analyze production data and prepare reports for senior leadership. 
  • Drive cost reduction efforts while maintaining product quality and delivery timelines. 
  • Client Management 
  • Stakeholder and management communications (including status reporting and MBRs) 
  • Forecasting and Budgeting 
  • Interviewing and Hiring 
  • Identify continuous improvement opportunities and drive to completion with stakeholder buy-in 
  • Lead Team though on-going change management cycles and organizational change

Requirements

Required Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or equivalent experience. 
  • 7+ years of experience in program management, with at least 3 years in a leadership/people management role. 
  • Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies. 
  • Proven ability to lead teams, manage change, and drive operational excellence. 
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills. 
  • 2+ years of Contract Management experience 
  • 2+ years of RFP experience 
  • Experience establishing and monitoring KPIs 
  • Organizational Change Management Experience 
  • Proficiency in production planning software and ERP systems. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Master’s degree or MBA. 
  • Experience in AI, Computer Science, Engineering  
  • Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or PMP.
