About the role

The Senior Program Manager will drive high-visibility strategic initiatives crucial to Zillow's success, reporting directly to the Director of ASA Business Programs and Business Intelligence. This role will orchestrate complex, cross-functional programs that directly impact ASA's key business metrics and organizational growth. The ideal candidate will excel at aligning diverse stakeholders, managing program dependencies, and delivering measurable business outcomes through disciplined execution.

As a trusted advisor to senior leadership, you'll provide strategic program guidance, lead critical initiatives from conception to completion, and help shape ASA's business priorities. When the company faces its most important opportunities, you'll be at the forefront, translating vision into action and ensuring successful delivery of initiatives that drive Zillow forward.

You Will Get To

  • Lead end-to-end strategic program planning and execution across multiple workstreams, driving measurable business outcomes to ASA key metrics

  • Establish cross-functional alignment and coordination to successfully execute key Zillow initiatives and drive adoption of ASA business lines

  • Implement robust program governance including milestone tracking, risk management, and dependency coordination, while delivering concise executive updates

  • Manage stakeholder expectations effectively at all levels, influencing without authority to maintain momentum across complex initiatives

  • Leverage data insights to inform program direction, measure progress, and optimize business outcomes while managing resources across competing priorities

  • Create compelling documents and presentations for C-Suite review that drive decision-making with minimal oversight

  • Drive Adoption of ASA key business lines helping to ensure we can help more end users with our products

  • Be “Data Driven”. Dive into the data to identify problems and solutions that help optimize the business, effectively communicate and help the business implement those solutions

This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice, which must be identified to the Company. U.S. employees may live in any of the 50 United States, with limited exceptions.

In California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Maryland, Massachusetts, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Washington state, and Washington DC the standard base pay range for this role is $105,900.00 - $169,100.00 Annually. This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Maryland, Massachusetts, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Washington state, and Washington DC and may not be applicable to other locations.

In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location.

Who you are

You're a strategic and forward-looking program leader with proven experience scaling complex initiatives. Your background includes successfully leading high-impact programs spanning multiple quarters across diverse teams including Product, Engineering, Sales, Sales Operations, Customer Success, and Strategy. You thrive in dynamic environments where you can translate business vision into executable plans, align cross-functional stakeholders, and deliver measurable results. Your ability to anticipate challenges, remove roadblocks, and maintain momentum ensures program success even amid shifting priorities.

  • 8+ years of program management experience in the software industry, with a proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives (Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred)

  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate and drive decision effectively across all levels, from frontline teams to C-Suite executives

  • Experience establishing program governance frameworks that ensure accountability, transparency, and results (PMP best practices, Six Sigma Principles)

  • Adaptability and strategic thinking to navigate changing business priorities while maintaining program momentum

  • Data-driven decision-making capabilities with proficiency in analytical tools (Excel, SQL) to measure program impact against business KPIs

  • The ability to work in a fast-paced, agile and collaborative cross-team environment
