What You'll Do:
- Own and manage the Customer Segmentation initiative roadmap, ensuring all projects, achievements, and deliverables are on track and prioritized to deliver maximum customer and business value.
- Act as the central hub with the site merchandising team for segmentation progress and alignment, providing clear updates, surfacing risks, and rallying cross-functional partners around shared goals.
- Collaborate with Product, CRM, Creative, App, and Analytics teams to define and implement strategies informed by customer lifecycle insights and behavioral data.
- Translate insights into testable briefs and site strategies, ensuring a robust test-and-learn agenda that drives measurable improvements to the customer experience.
- Oversee segmentation-informed experiments across high-visibility pages (e.g., Homepage, Deals page, Thank You page), from design through execution and analysis.
- Establish and maintain governance and intake processes to ensure segmentation principles are consistently applied across customer touchpoints.
- Champion a data-driven approach-partnering with analytics teams to track performance, share findings, and refine strategies.
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
- 5+ years of relevant work experience, including 2+ years in ecommerce or digital program management.
- Proven track record managing cross-functional programs in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence customers at all levels.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Bonus:
- Experience with customer segmentation models, personalization strategies, and A/B testing methodologies.
- Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tableau) and comfort with SQL.
- Background in site merchandising, digital marketing, customer lifecycle marketing, or product management.
