How You'll Make An Impact
Boomi is seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Program Manager, Revenue Onboarding to lead the design, implementation, and management of the onboarding journeys for our Commercial and Enterprise segments. This vital role will focus on building comprehensive onboarding experiences for new hires while ensuring alignment with cross-functional roles that contribute to their success. The right candidate will also lead front-line management enablement, focusing on driving customer value while cultivating talent and managing a high-performing team. This position plays a crucial role in supporting Boomi's Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy and ensuring that our GTM teams are equipped to deliver exceptional results.
What You'll Do
Onboarding Journey Development, Delivery, and Management:
Design, implement, deliver, and continuously optimize onboarding programs tailored for both sellers and front line managers in the Commercial and Enterprise segments, including needs assessments and competency frameworks that align with overall GTM objectives and sales competencies.
Establish alignment with GTM initiatives and sales competencies by creating training modules that empower SDRs and Pre-sales personnel, equipping them with the tools needed to effectively communicate Boomi’s value proposition and drive customer engagement.
Create a seamless and engaging role-based onboarding experience that reinforces Boomi’s core values and strategic vision.
Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate new sales team members on products, sales processes, and tools.
Utilize various training methods, including in-person, virtual, and self-paced learning modules.
Develop synergistic partnerships with SDR and Pre-sales teams to integrate their insights and feedback into streamlined onboarding processes.
Collaborate with product, sales, operations, and marketing teams to ensure onboarding content reflects current product offerings, competitive positioning, sales methodologies, sales processes, and customer-centric strategies.
Manager / Leadership Development:
Design, implement, deliver. and continuously optimize a leadership development program aimed at developing the skills and competencies of first-line managers, establishing a talent pipeline that aligns with Boomi’s strategic priorities and sales excellence.
Build and manage a robust enablement ecosystem for sales managers designed to foster a culture of continuous learning, accountability, and high performance, directly supporting GTM strategies and aligning with critical sales competencies.
Educate new sales managers on key skills and processes mapped to their role competencies to foster an environment of growth and ensure that high-potential talent is being nurtured and retained within the organization to drive future success.
Create resources and deliver experiential training programs that equip managers with the skills to coach their teams effectively, leverage data insights for decision-making, and address challenges that can inhibit growth.
Implement best practices to ensure consistent messaging and strategic alignment across all levels of sales management to drive enhanced sales performance, integrity in execution, and accountability to sales competencies.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work collaboratively with HR, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and other relevant departments to ensure a cohesive approach to talent management, training, and GTM execution.
Engage with senior leadership and stakeholders across departments to gain support for enablement initiatives, ensuring alignment with broader organizational objectives, GTM strategies, and essential sales competencies.
Work collaboratively with other enablement roles to support the onboarding and leadership development programs event/session logistics, communications, content curation, and delivery.
Performance Measurement and Reporting:
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to rigorously evaluate the effectiveness of onboarding and enablement initiatives in relation to GTM goals and sales competency standards.
Utilize data-driven insights and analytics to refine and enhance programs, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of the business and support overall revenue growth.
The Experience You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
A minimum of 8 years in sales, enablement, onboarding, or talent development roles, preferably within the technology sector.
Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale, high-impact training initiatives that drive GTM success.
Strong understanding of the sales process, particularly within SaaS or cloud-based solutions, with experience in developing and executing sales enablement strategies aligned with established sales competencies.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels within the organization.
Expert-level project and program management skills and experience
Data-driven mindset with experience in leveraging analytics and insights to measure and improve the effectiveness of training programs and sales enablement initiatives.

Compensation and BenefitsBoomi is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Base compensation for this position ranges from $144,000 - $173,000. This position is remote-friendly and, as such, final compensation will be determined by various factors including the candidate’s knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location.
