  • Lead enterprise wide programs from the ground up, working through ambiguity to develop innovative AI solutions for Atlassian to solve challenges faced by HR and business teams.
  • Drive cross-functional program delivery and collaboration across across Atlassian including People, Engineering, and Product teams.
  • Manage the end to end delivery lifecycle of programs including scheduling, resourcing, budgeting, tracking, benefits and communication with Executive stakeholders
  • Facilitate the change management process and ensure that changes are managed effectively
  • Drive programs to deliver organisational efficiencies by building scalable solutions that leverage automation and AI capabilities
  • Promote best practices in AI adoption, automation, and process optimisation to deliver organizational efficiencies and superior employee experiences.
  • Act as a strategic partner by proactively fostering strong relationships throughout the program lifecycle

  • Minimum 10+ years of relevant work experience managing complex programs, with at least 4-5 years of extensive experience in managing HR and cross functional programs in a highly agile, fast changing environment
  • Have a deep understanding of the employee lifecycle and how HR teams work, with experience driving solutions to transform them through process and technology
  • Excellent program management skills with the ability to plan, organise, and prioritise multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and challenges, with proven experience in solution or product development
  • Ability to independently manage & prioritise multiple projects with different stakeholder groups
  • Experience in implementing AI capabilities, process improvements, automations & optimisation
  • Excellent communication skills with the prowess to explain business problems, concepts, and issues to an executive audience.
  • Strong experience in using Atlassian tools, namely, Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence and Loom
  • Agile / PMP Certification is highly desirable.
