As a Senior Program Manager Strategy & Operations, you will be a part of our centralized Strategy & Operations Team in our Transformation Office. Your role will be critical & high visibility, leading cross-functional activities to ensure successful planning, execution, communication, enablement, and success measurement. This role will have the opportunity to partner with our People & Culture department in support of enterprise strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
This position is able to sit remotely. Candidates who live within a 45 mile radius of Boston, MA, Detroit, MI, Denver, CO, or Mountain View, CA will be required to work hybrid (2 day per week) out of our Dynatrace office. All candidates must work EST hours.

Compensation and Rewards

Minimum Requirements:
- 6+ years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree required
Preferred Requirements:
- Experience working on People & Culture (P&C), HR, or G&A focused projects
- Experience as a Program Manager working effectively with cross-functional teams to drive results
- Strong interpersonal leadership, presentation, and communication skills
- Demonstrate highly developed knowledge, understanding and application of program management, strategy development, and SDLC methodologies.
- To expertly drive awareness and communicate the business impact of cross-functional dependencies and risks for your programs and drive to resolution
