The mission of the Center for Academic Development and Enrichment (CADE) is to foster an equitable, opportunity-rich environment that supports career growth, skill development, and well-being across all sites and career stages—empowering clinical and research faculty, APPs, trainees, and students to thrive. Reporting to the Administrative Director, Office for Clinical Careers (OCC), and in consultation with the Office for Work-Life Integration (OWLI) and the Office for Career Transitions (OCT) Faculty Directors, the senior program coordinator for OWLI and OCT is responsible for high-level project management and analytical support for both offices, as well as the other Center for Academic Development and Enrichment (CADE) offices as needed. This position will help the OWLI meet its goal: to promote and support the academic career advancement of faculty and trainees who are caregivers by identifying barriers to job retention and job satisfaction and designing and implementing programs that promote professional fulfillment and career development, and enhance work-life integration for all faculty and trainees. This position will also help the OCT meet its goal: to assist MGB faculty in pursuing their career goals with a focus on faculty who are making or experiencing transitions in their professional life.


 

Job Summary

Responsible for monitoring multiple large-scale program activities, ensuring operational efficiency and alignment with organizational goals. Facilitates communication across departments, monitors program timelines, and supports project implementation to enhance program effectiveness. Tracks and ensures the schedule, budget, and details of various project and program tasks are well organized. Analyzes data, prepares reports, and provides regular updates to program leadership. Identifies and escalates issues and risks and recommends solutions. Leads and provides guidance and support to other administrative team members.

Essential Functions
-Leads the coordination and monitoring of multiple program activities, timelines, and budgets.
-Organizes meetings and events, prepares agendas, and attends and participates in stakeholder meetings.
-Assesses and escalates program risks and issues and provides solutions.
-Conducts research, maintains and analyzes data in systems, and develops reports to support programs.
-Assigns and monitors resources effectively to boost program efficiency and maximize deliverables.

- Ability to prioritize, delegate, and manage multiple projects and responsibilities simultaneously.
