The Senior Program Analyst at ZeroFox is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing programs, conducting research, analyzing data, drafting policies, and ensuring program performance.
ZeroFox seeks a Senior Program Analyst to assist the organization in designing, developing, and implementing programs and projects. The Analyst’s responsibilities include conducting research, analyzing complex data sets and systems, identifying trends, and preparing reports and recommendations. You will also be responsible for drafting policies and procedures, assisting with budgeting processes, tracking and evaluating operational and program performance, and identifying and resolving any issues.
Role and Responsibilities
- Attend all recommended calls and meetings
- Facilitate in designing and developing innovative solutions to customer requirements using ZeroFox’s platform and/or integrations to customer technologies, including API based integrations
- Provide guidance on technical and process improvements for Platform deliveries
- Assist in undertaking discovery and education activities to identify opportunities for ZeroFox usage across organizational functions and processes
- Assist in onboarding new staff who join the service delivery team on the account
- Function as a frontline technical resource for “best practice” and informal questions from internal ZeroFox stakeholders
- Initiate engagement with other ZeroFox resources when needed as a customer advocate to ensure speedy resolution of customer issues
- Maintain current functional and technical knowledge of ZeroFox service options
- Help to baseline the engagement and document best practices in developing and using ZeroFox solutions for Amazon
- Facilitate quality control on Security/Incident Alerts
- Assist with building-out recurring metrics and summary reports
- Assist with strategic assessments and reviews (when applicable)
- Assist with preparation for client briefings and recurring status update calls
- Identify and communicate enhancement opportunities, configuration optimization, and improvement ideas for the department’s operations
- Identify and communicate account wins to internal and external stakeholders as appropriate in cooperation with the Program Manager
- Communicate trend analysis results to internal account stakeholders
- Leverage observed trends, evolving customer needs and platform capabilities to identify new opportunities for expansion with the designated Account and Program Managers
Requirements
- Must be a US Citizen
- Program Analyst experience typically obtained in 3-5 years
- Outstanding ability to coordinate among stakeholders, rapidly achieve consensus, produce very efficient, actionable plans and execute to plan
- Proven ability to solve problems creatively
- Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
- Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
- Excellent analytical skills
- Superior attention to detail in tracking & reporting changes to plans
- Excellent ability to summarize information both written and visually
- Previous experience with writing and editing technical communications
- Strong ability to work with and/or influence stakeholders/others as required to execute to plan
- Written and spoken fluency in the English language
Desired Qualifications and Skills
- Experience working in a project management capacity at technology company, typically obtained in 3-5 years
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 certification preferred
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
