Senior Product Owner – RNG Casino Games

Trivelta | Full-time | Reports to Head of Product

Trivelta is building a next-generation casino gaming platform—combining beautifully designed RNG games, live casino products, and a powerful in-house RGS and tooling ecosystem.

We’re looking for a Senior Product Owner to own and orchestrate our entire game development portfolio. This is a high-impact role with real authority: you’ll sit at the center of design, math, engineering, operations, and third-party partners, ensuring we ship high-quality games consistently, on time, and at scale.

If you thrive in complex systems, enjoy building process where there is chaos, and want to see your work live with real players quickly—this role is for you.

What You’ll Own

You will be responsible for end-to-end product ownership across:

  • 🎲 ~10 RNG games in parallel, from concept through live operations
  • ⚙️ Internal RGS (Remote Gaming Server) capabilities
  • 🛠 Game development tools & pipelines used by internal teams

You’ll act as the single coordination point between:

  • In-house engineering teams
  • External game design & art agencies
  • Game mathematicians

This is not a “write tickets and wait” role—you are actively driving execution, prioritization, and delivery across many moving parts.

What You’ll Do Day-to-Day
  • Own product backlogs across multiple game tracks and platforms
  • Design and enforce clear, scalable product processes for multi-game development
  • Create and maintain robust tracking systems (assets, dependencies, risks, release plans)
  • Translate games into executable project requirements for engineers, designers, and partners
  • Communicate status to leadership, providing visibility to progress and escalating blockers
  • Coordinate timelines and deliverables across internal teams and external vendors
  • Ensure games meet quality, compliance, and performance standards before release
  • Support live operations post-launch (iteration, fixes, enhancements)
  • Contribute tasteful product and design input on game UX, art direction, and overall player experience (secondary, but valued)
What We’re Looking For

Must-haves

  • 3-7 years of experience in Product Owner, Product Manager, or Program Ownership roles
  • Proven experience managing multiple complex projects in parallel
  • Strong process mindset—you enjoy building systems that scale
  • Highly detail-oriented, organized, and reliable under pressure
  • Excellent communicator across leadership, technical, and non-technical teams

Strong pluses

  • Experience in casino game development (RNG, live casino, or platforms)
  • Background in mobile games, casual games, or mini-games
  • Familiarity working with game mathematicians and external studios
  • Understanding of live-ops, post-launch iteration, and content pipelines
  • A good eye for game UX, visuals, and aesthetics (not a designer, but opinionated)
Why This Role Is Exciting
  • Real ownership: You’re not a feature PM - you own multiple parallel game development streams
  • Visible impact: Games you ship go live fast, with real players and revenue
  • Complex, interesting problems: Tech, design, math, ops—all intersect here
  • Strong, capable team: Minimal bureaucracy, high trust, high responsibility
Who Thrives Here

This role is ideal for someone who:

  • Loves structure and clarity in complex environments
  • Enjoys being the “hub” that keeps everything moving
  • Thrives in the weeds - caring deeply about perfection in details
  • Wants senior responsibility without corporate bloat

This position is hybrid out of our HQ location in Boston near South Station.
