ORIGIN

Origin is building the first truly AI-native wealth manager for the mass market—bringing together money management, guidance, and financial products into a single intelligent platform. Our mission is to make sophisticated financial management accessible, simple, and automated for everyday households.

We’re building a durable, category-defining company at the intersection of AI, fintech, and consumer finance, with big ambitions for scale and long-term impact.

We are a fast-paced startup in the series B round, led by repeat founders and backed by leading VC firms like Founders Fund, Felicis, and General Catalyst.

The Role

We’re hiring a Senior Product Marketing Manager to sit at the center of Product, Growth, and Engineering — owning go-to-market strategy, lifecycle marketing, and in-product positioning.

This is a highly cross-functional, fast-moving role. You’ll partner closely with Product and Engineering to define launch gates, build GTM plans, and ensure features ship with clear positioning and measurable growth impact. You’ll also lead lifecycle marketing (email, push, in-app) to drive activation, engagement, conversion, and retention.

This role reports to the VP of Growth and will play a critical role in shaping how we scale both acquisition and LTV.

What You’ll OwnGo-To-Market & Product Launches
  • Define and execute GTM strategies for new features and major product releases
  • Partner with Product and Engineering on launch gates, timelines, and readiness criteria
  • Develop clear positioning, messaging, and value propositions
  • Create launch briefs and align cross-functional teams across Growth, Paid, Lifecycle, and Content
  • Ensure launches are measurable, impactful, and optimized post-release
Lifecycle Marketing (LCM)
  • Own lifecycle strategy across email, push, and in-app messaging
  • Build programs that improve activation, feature adoption, monetization, and retention
  • Develop segmentation frameworks and testing roadmaps
  • Continuously optimize messaging, timing, and targeting to improve engagement and LTV
  • Partner with Analytics to measure cohort performance and downstream impact
In-Product & Web Marketing Optimization
  • Optimize in-app marketing placements and website messaging
  • Improve conversion flows and feature discovery surfaces
  • Ensure consistent, compelling messaging across all customer touchpoints
  • Identify friction in funnels and execute experiments to improve CVR
Data & Growth Strategy
  • Own performance metrics tied to adoption, engagement, and retention
  • Use funnel analysis, cohort analysis, and A/B testing to drive decisions
  • Translate insights into experiments and execution
  • Focus on scalable systems that increase LTV over time

Who You Are
  • 5–8+ years of Product Marketing experience, preferably in a high-growth startup environment (fintech strongly preferred)
  • Proven track record partnering with Product and Engineering in agile environments
  • Deep hands-on experience with lifecycle marketing (email, push, CRM platforms)
  • Extremely data-driven and comfortable working in analytics tools
  • Growth-minded — you think in experiments, velocity, and measurable outcomes
  • Strong operator — you move quickly, take ownership, and ship
  • Clear, compelling communicator who can simplify complex products

What Success Looks Like
  • Product launches that drive measurable feature adoption
  • Improved activation and retention rates
  • Increased engagement across lifecycle channels
  • Higher LTV driven by strong messaging and experimentation
  • Tight alignment between Product and Growth

Why This Role Matters

Product Marketing at Origin is a core growth driver — not a support function. This role directly impacts how we position our product, launch innovation, deepen user engagement, and scale LTV.

If you’re excited about building at the intersection of fintech, product, and growth — and want to own outcomes, not just strategy — we’d love to meet you.

Eligibility Requirements
  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Origin does not sponsor visas.
