Flex is building the AI-native private bank for business owners.

We’re re-architecting the entire financial system for entrepreneurs—from the first dollar a business earns to how that value compounds, moves, and is ultimately spent in real life. Banking, credit, payments, personal finance, and financial operations—rebuilt from the ground up as a single, intelligent system. Flex is the full financial home for ambitious owners.

Since launching publicly in September 2023, Flex has scaled from zero to nine-figure annualized revenue, with a clear path to profitability by late 2026. We move fast, ship relentlessly, and operate with extreme ownership.

Our customers are affluent business owners ($3–$200M in revenue)—the backbone of the economy and one of the most underserved segments in finance. They’re stuck with outdated banks and fragmented tools. We’re replacing all of it. The opportunity is massive: a ~$1T+ revenue market hiding in plain sight. Our ambition is to build a $100B+ company by delivering a product that is fundamentally better—not incrementally improved.

Flex has raised $100M+ in equity and $300M+ in debt.

- Mission-critical problems: We build software that directly controls how money moves at scale.
- High bar, low ego: Small teams, exceptional people, real ownership.
- Speed over comfort: We prioritize execution, quality, clarity, and results.
- Enduring impact: What we’re building will define how a generation of owners runs their businesses.

Team & Locations

We hire exceptional people who want to build hard things and see their work matter immediately. Roles are available in: San Francisco, Miami, New York, and fully remote.

Flex Fuels Ambition.

You’ll collaborate closely with Product, Growth, and Brand teams to align roadmap decisions with marketing outcomes. You’ll help create launch videos, pages for new products and marketing campaigns across email, sms, and in-app messages.

What You’ll Do
Strategic Alignment:Develop and execute a clear product marketing strategy that drives brand awareness, revenue growth, sales enablement, and customer satisfaction.
Adoption & Retention:Own programs that boost adoption, activation, and retention of our products. Identify friction points and collaborate with Product, Growth, and Data to test, iterate, and improve the user journey. Launch campaigns using email, SMS, and in-app notifications to boost metrics.
Product Launches:Lead go-to-market strategies for new features and launches. Craft messaging that resonates, supports sales teams, and drives measurable business outcomes.
Customer & Market Insights:Run research to understand user needs, use cases, and market trends. Turn insights into powerful positioning and messaging that’s consistent across every touchpoint.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Data, Brand/Design, Growth, Sales, and Partnerships to align on goals and deliver cohesive customer experiences.
Brand & Content Leadership:Shape our narrative through compelling content and storytelling across web, organic, paid, direct, PR, and email channels.
Media & PR Strategy:Guide public relations efforts, positioning Flex as a thought leader at the intersection of finance and technology.
Operational Excellence:Implement strong project management systems (Asana or similar) to scale efficiently and improve cross-team communication.

What you need to know about the Boston Tech Scene

Boston is a powerhouse for technology innovation thanks to world-class research universities like MIT and Harvard and a robust pipeline of venture capital investment. Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 269,000; 9.4% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
