About the role

Help define the future of AI video agents. As the Senior PMM for OpusClip, the No.1 AI video agent and our flagship product, you'll be the architect of our GTM strategy, the translator between product brilliance and audience obsession, and the driver of bold GTM experiments that set us apart. You'll work with cross-functional teams to craft a brand narrative that not only leads the AI video space, but defines it.

If you are a generalist wearing multiple hats, thrive in chaos, and have the taste, hustle, and storytelling chops to define what AI video agents mean for creators and make OpusClip the benchmark, we want you.

What you'll own

  • You lead product launches across the GTM cycle for OpusClip, and experiment with bold, creative ways to grow and engage users in the fast-moving AI video space

  • You own GTM content creation that fuels our growth and distribution

  • You are the go-to expert on our ICPs, use cases, and competitive landscape. You document insights and enable cross-functional teams

  • You partner closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to shape our multi-product positioning, differentiate our brand, and create the defining category of AI video agent

We're looking for

4+ years of solid experience in a fast-paced consumer technology company.

  • You’re a generalist and/or a startup hacker:

    • Versatile and hands-on across product marketing, content creation, growth hacking, building… you name it

    • Thrived in startups, ideally as an early team member who's taken products from 0 to 1

  • You've launched a TON of features. You know what success and failure look like

  • You have exceptional taste in positioning and visual storytelling

  • You have a good understanding of SOTA AI products and models

  • You have a relentless growth mindset, learning daily, reading widely, and embracing direct feedback

  • You lead with impact. You have strong project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional initiatives

  • You are always comfortable hustling in ambiguity and chaos, and never hesitate to go beyond defined scopes to drive impact

Bonus

  • You are a creator yourself

  • You have design skills to produce compelling images, videos, and marketing assets

What you need to know about the Boston Tech Scene

Boston is a powerhouse for technology innovation thanks to world-class research universities like MIT and Harvard and a robust pipeline of venture capital investment. Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 269,000; 9.4% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
