About the role

The Senior Product Marketing Manager will help shape how PebblePost’s solutions are positioned and brought to market. You’ll sit at the intersection of product, sales, and marketing – partnering to define go-to-market strategies, develop compelling messaging and enablement materials, and translate customer insights into impactful positioning.

This is a highly collaborative and visible role, ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, startup environments and loves turning complex products into clear value stories that drive adoption and growth.

You will report to the Director of Product Marketing.

You will:

  • Develop and refine product positioning and messaging based on customer feedback, data, and competitive insights
  • Plan and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new products, features, and updates
  • Collaborate with Product Management to ensure customer and market needs inform the roadmap and feature prioritization
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to surface industry trends, opportunities, and points of differentiation
  • Partner with Sales Enablement to build and maintain tools and materials like pitch decks, one-pagers, and battle cards
  • Collaborate with Demand Generation and Content teams to support product-focused campaigns and thought leadership
  • Define and evolve customer personas and key use cases to guide messaging and segmentation strategy
  • Track and analyze product marketing KPIs and iterate on campaigns and messaging to improve performance
  • Engage directly with customers to source testimonials, case studies, and success stories that fuel brand credibility

You have:

  • 5+ years of product marketing experience in AdTech, MarTech or a B2B SaaS environment
  • Led go-to-market (GTM) launches in collaboration with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Demand Gen teams. Managed and executed successful launch plans, resulting in measurable improvements to retention and revenue. 
  • Crafted product positioning and messaging that resonates with target personas and differentiates from competitors, resulting in materials such as pitch decks, one-pagers, website copy, or product videos.
  • Developed sales enablement materials such as battle cards, product demos, objection handling guides, and training sessions to improve sales efficiency and close rates.
  • Synthesized customer research and insights into marketing strategies, such as building segmented messaging frameworks based on persona interviews and win/loss analysis.
  • Collaborated with Growth, Brand, and Content teams to support demand generation programs with product-aligned messaging, landing pages, and campaign assets, leading to an impact on lead quality and conversion rates.
  • Analyzed and reported on product marketing performance, including launch KPIs, adoption metrics, and competitive trends.
  • Experience working at growth-stage companies that require you to be a self-directed builder who thrives on ambiguity, learns on the fly, and turns scarce resources into rapid, measurable results. 
  • Experience with performance marketing, direct mail or CTV marketing channels

The salary range is a reasonable estimate based on aggregate data for all US locations. Any offered salary is determined by a wide range of factors including but not limited to; candidate location, cost of labor, market data/ranges, internal equity, internal salary ranges, applicant’s skills, prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology, for example).

Salary range: Low: $140,000 - High: $165,000
