Description

XM Cyber is looking for an experienced Director of Product Marketing to articulate the value of XM Cyber to the market, build successful GTM strategies and technical product launches, and work at the intersection between product, marketing and sales. We are searching for the unique combination of a great storyteller and a technical enthusiast, preferably with experience in product marketing of B2B Cybersecurity software.

Reporting to the Head of Product Marketing, you will join a team of product marketing leaders who own company and product messaging, market intelligence and positioning, analyst relations, effective marketing programs and sales enablement tools to empower GTM strategies. You will be a Cybersecurity SME and solution evangelist and work cross-functionally to drive pipeline creation, new product launches, joint value propositions with strategic alliances and enable sales to position and sell our platform across multiple personas.

This position is ideal for someone who’s a leader at heart and has a proven track record as a B2B product marketer. 

What you’ll do:

  • Develop messaging and positioning that differentiates XM Cyber and enforce it through creative presentations, collateral, website content, white papers and playbooks
  • Lead product launch processes and deliverables to drive marketing success factors and sales growth 
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and competitive analysis as a basis for new original content
  • Research and understand target buyer personas and market segments to ensure our offering is designed and delivered to create value for them
  • Communicate the value proposition of XM Cyber’s products to the sales team and develop the sales tools that support the selling process
  • Actively engage in customer-facing activities such as customer conferences, virtual events and webinars, and analyst briefings
  • Drive integrated marketing campaigns for new business acquisition as well as product adoption by our current customer base

Requirements
  • 5-7 years of B2B enterprise product marketing experience in Cybersecurity 
  • Proven ability to translate technical capabilities into real world value for target audiences and build an effective and engaging buyer journey that increases awareness and drives demand generation.
  • Customer-centric mindset, with a deep understanding of customer’s pains, translating product capabilities into compelling business value.
  • Excellent writing, storytelling and presentation skills in English
  • Organized, energized, works well cross-functionally
