Who we are looking for: We are seeking a dynamic Senior Product Marketing Manager to drive the next growth phase for Influ2. If you have a passion for technology and a knack for crafting compelling product narratives, we want to hear from you.


What you'll do: As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in defining and executing our product marketing strategies.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Product positioning and messaging: Create clear and compelling product positioning and messaging that resonates with our target audience. Develop and maintain key messaging documents and sales enablement materials.
  • Market research: Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape. Use these insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Go-to-market strategy: Develop and implement go-to-market plans for new and existing features and products. Collaborate with product management, sales, customer success, and customer marketing teams to ensure successful launches.
  • Content creation/enablement: Develop high-quality marketing materials, including product demos, videos, white papers, presentations, and more.
  • Campaign management: Partner with demand generation and customer marketing teams to plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive product awareness and product adoption initiatives.
  • Customer engagement: Partner with customer marketing on customer voice initiatives such as surveys, beta programs, advisory boards, and virtual product roundtables.
  • Performance tracking: Measure and analyze the effectiveness of product marketing initiatives. Use data to optimize strategies and report on key performance metrics.

Your experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing within the B2B Tech industry.
  • Proven success in developing and executing go-to-market strategies.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, customer marketing, and customer success.
  • Proficiency with tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Pendo, and Zendesk.
  • A degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred but optional; what matters most is your proven track record.

  • Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into simple, compelling messages.
  • Analytical mindset: ability to leverage data and metrics to inform decision-making.
  • Creative thinking: the ability to develop innovative and impactful marketing campaigns.
  • Results-driven: focused on achieving measurable outcomes and contributing to overall business goals.
