Key Responsibilities:

Industry-Specific Market Strategy & Positioning:

  • Develop and execute the product marketing strategy for OneSpan Sign within the financial services industry, ensuring alignment with vertical-specific business goals.
  • Define and articulate the product’s value proposition, positioning, and key differentiators for banks, insurers, wealth management firms, and other financial institutions.

Vertical-Specific Content Development:

  • Create tailored messaging frameworks, sales enablement materials, and product collateral designed to resonate with financial services decision-makers.
  • Develop high-impact thought leadership content, including whitepapers, case studies, webinars, and industry reports specific to the financial services sector.

Go-To-Market Leadership:

  • Partner with product management to guide product launches and updates tailored to financial services use cases, ensuring seamless execution of go-to-market strategies.
  • Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to support campaigns and initiatives targeting financial services organizations.

Customer & Market Insights:

  • Conduct ongoing research into financial services market trends, challenges, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for differentiation.
  • Engage with customers in the financial services sector to understand pain points, use cases, and feedback to refine marketing strategies and influence the product roadmap.

Sales Enablement:

  • Equip sales teams with tools and resources specifically designed for financial services customers, including industry-tailored battle cards, pitch decks, and ROI calculators.
  • Provide training and guidance on the unique needs of financial institutions and how OneSpan Sign addresses them.

Metrics & Reporting:

  • Measure and report on the performance of financial services-focused product marketing initiatives, analyzing impact on key business metrics (e.g., pipeline, revenue growth, customer retention).
  • Continuously optimize strategies based on data-driven insights and customer feedback.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

Experience:

  • 8-12 years of work experience in B2B SaaS, including 5+ years of product marketing experience, preferably within SaaS, cloud software, or digital agreements solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of the financial services industry, including its challenges, trends, and regulatory environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully marketing to financial institutions and driving measurable business outcomes.

Skills:

  • Exceptional storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical features into compelling value propositions for financial services professionals.
  • Strong analytical mindset and proficiency in leveraging data for decision-making.
  • Expertise in competitive analysis and market research, with a focus on financial services.

Tools:

  • Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics).
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday) is a bonus.
