About Wander

Travel is a $4 trillion industry running on software from the last century. We are fixing that. Wander.com is the leading marketplace for exceptional vacation homes with best-in-category guest satisfaction. WanderOS takes that same battle-tested engine and puts it in the hands of every property manager on Earth: conversion-optimized direct booking websites, automated guest marketing, and AI-powered distribution to millions of travelers. Operators own their brand, their bookings, and their guests. No middlemen.

Wander is led by a second-time founder and an all-star team from companies like Shopify. We are a Series B company gearing up for Series C, and product velocity has gone vertical: AI agents, payments, new distribution channels, and performance products, all shipping on a cadence most companies would call impossible. We call it Tuesday.

Our mission is to help people find their happy place. Our vision is to build the infrastructure for people to experience the world. If you want to make a dent in one of the largest industries on the planet, this is the place.

About the role

This is not a maintenance job. Product velocity at Wander has accelerated massively and product marketing is going to accelerate with it. As Senior Product Marketing Manager for WanderOS you are the launch engine: every product and feature we ship gets a plan, a story, a video, an email, and full distribution, and you are the one making it happen on a relentless cadence.

You will report to Wander's CMO and work shoulder to shoulder with Product, Design, Video, Sales, and Support to turn shipped code into awareness, adoption, and revenue. This role is remote across the US or Canada. If you are in Austin or San Francisco, we have offices waiting for you (SF is in the Presidio).

What you'll do

Run the launch engine

  • Own execution of our tiered launch system. Tier 1 launches (six-week lead time): full launch video with shorter cuts for ads, dedicated product sub-page, dedicated emails to customers and prospects, distribution across every relevant channel, full sales enablement, and a full launch plan. Tier 2 (two-week lead time): shorter or animated launch video, dedicated email, one-pager for Sales and CS, social posts. Tier 3 (one week): dedicated customer email or inclusion in the monthly product update.
  • Partner with product owners on launch dates and scope, then drive Design, Video, Support, and Sales to hit them. Multiple launches per month. No slipping.
  • Write launch scripts and voiceover, brief animated and live-action video, and build the demo flows that show operators exactly what changed and why it matters.
  • Build and send launch emails (hero GIFs, embedded video, benefit-led copy) to customers and prospects, plus the monthly product update roundup.
  • Produce one-pagers, battlecards, and enablement for Sales and Customer Success so every rep can sell what we just shipped the day it ships.

Positioning and messaging

  • Translate complex platform capabilities (AI agents, payments, distribution, performance) into sharp, benefit-led narratives for operators from independent hosts to large property management companies.
  • Maintain messaging frameworks and competitive positioning for WanderOS and keep them current as the product moves.

Demand and adoption

  • Create top and mid-funnel content: landing pages, case studies, webinars, email nurtures, and customer stories that fill the operator pipeline.
  • Own product communications to existing operators: release notes, feature spotlights, in-app messaging, and changelogs that drive feature adoption and expansion.

Measure everything

  • Track launch performance, feature adoption, and funnel metrics. Run win/loss and operator research. Feed what you learn back into positioning and into the product roadmap.
Who you are
  • 6+ years in product marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS, travel tech, or property management software.
  • You have shipped a lot of launches and you can point to the adoption and pipeline they drove.
  • Exceptional writer. Scripts, emails, one-pagers, landing pages: all clear, all compelling, all fast.
  • Comfortable with video production briefs, design collaboration in Figma, and email tooling (HubSpot a plus).
  • Analytical: segmentation, funnel analysis, A/B testing, product analytics.
  • Hardcore work ethic. You like a high bar, a fast pace, and a team that ships.
Bonus points
  • Background in travel, hospitality, vacation rentals, or property management.
  • Experience marketing operational or workflow software to business users.
  • Experience marketing AI products.
Compensation and benefits
  • Base salary: $135,000 to $165,000 USD. This is Series B startup market rate, with placement in the range based on seniority, experience, and location. Canadian offers are calibrated to local market rates.
  • Meaningful equity. You will own a piece of what you build.
  • Health, dental, and vision coverage.
  • Remote-first across the US and Canada, with offices in Austin, TX and San Francisco (Presidio) if you want a desk.

  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
