About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead partner-focused go-to-market strategy with Global GSI's - such as Deloitte, Wipro, Cognizant and others and leading telecom service providers.
You will be responsible for shaping and executing joint go-to-market motions - identifying collaboration areas, building compelling "better together" narratives, and designing revenue-driving sales plays. As the bridge between our product portfolio and these partners, you will craft differentiated joint value propositions, create integrated marketing plans that scale, and deliver messaging and enablement assets that resonate with both technical and business audiences.You will work closely with core Product Marketing and Product Management teams to ensure partner-led messaging, positioning, and sales plays are tightly aligned with our broader GTM strategy.

Key Responsibilities

- Work with partners to define priority joint solution areas.
- Align partner capabilities with our portfolio to uncover new growth opportunities.
- Translate customer needs into repeatable joint offerings that deliver business outcomes.
Build "Better Together" narratives
- Develop differentiated joint value propositions that highlight the combined strengths of our solutions and partner services.
- Create executive-ready stories and use cases that resonate with technical, business, and C-level audiences.
- Ensure consistent partner messaging across all campaigns, field programs, and sales engagements.
Design sales plays that drive revenue
- Package repeatable sales plays aligned to industry use cases, security outcomes, and target accounts.
- Collaborate with sales, partner, and solutions engineering teams to operationalize these plays.
- Measure performance and optimize plays to increase pipeline contribution and win rates.
Create and execute integrated marketing plans
- Build joint marketing plans with partners, including campaigns, events, digital programs, and account-based initiatives.
- Drive execution in partnership with field and partner marketing teams, ensuring measurable demand generation and pipeline creation.
- Manage co-marketing investments to maximize impact and ROI.
Deliver content & enablement assets
- Develop solution briefs, playbooks, competitive positioning documents, presentations, and thought leadership tailored to partner-led GTM.
- Enable both internal field teams and partner sales teams with the tools they need to tell our joint story effectively.
- Scale enablement across regions to ensure consistent adoption.
Provide security subject matter expertise
- Act as a trusted expert in application security, API security, Zero Trust, and network security.
- Provide credible perspectives in partner, analyst, and customer-facing settings.
- Ensure security innovation is central to all joint solution positioning.
Market & Competitive Intelligence
- Monitor market shifts, customer needs, and competitive moves relevant to GSIs and telecoms.
- Provide insights that shape partner strategy, roadmap alignment, and GTM execution.
- Influence internal teams with partner-driven intelligence and customer feedback.
- 8+ years in product, solutions, or partner marketing within cybersecurity or cloud infrastructure.
- Strong subject matter expertise in application security and network security; knowledge of Zero Trust and cloud-native security architectures.
- Proven experience building and executing partner-led motions with GSIs, consulting firms, or telecom providers - including co-selling and co-marketing,
- Demonstrated success developing joint GTM strategies, sales plays, and marketing plans that drove measurable pipeline and revenue.
- Excellent content creation skills: able to produce clear, compelling technical and business-facing materials.
- Strong relationship management and cross-functional collaboration skills, with ability to influence core PMM, product, sales, and partner teams.
- Experience working in complex, global environments with distributed stakeholders.
