About The Role

We’re seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to drive industry and solution marketing and support our global partner ecosystem. This role bridges customer outcomes and partner success—developing solution narratives, content, and enablement that demonstrate how WEKA solves industry-specific AI challenges and helps partners differentiate.

Reporting to the VP of Product Marketing, you’ll collaborate with product, marketing, alliances, and sales to define and execute solution marketing strategies, co-develop joint narratives with partners, and arm the field with the tools they need to win.

Who We’re Looking For

You’re a product marketer who thrives at the intersection of technology and storytelling. You’ve worked in enterprise technology and understand how AI, cloud, or infrastructure solutions translate into real customer value. You enjoy collaborating with partners to create compelling joint narratives, and you’re energized by building content that enables sales teams to win. You balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution and are comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where priorities shift quickly and speed matters.

What You’ll Be Working On

  • Industry Solutions Marketing – Define and deliver compelling solution positioning, messaging, and content for priority industries (e.g., financial services, healthcare, life sciences, media)
  • Partner GTM Support – Collaborate with partner marketing and global alliances to co-create content, case studies, and campaigns that showcase joint value.
  • Enablement – Build field and partner enablement materials (playbooks, pitch decks, solution briefs, training) that accelerate adoption in targeted industries.
  • Customer Storytelling – Capture and package customer success stories and proof points to highlight business outcomes in industry contexts.
  • Thought Leadership – Represent WEKA in webinars, events, and analyst conversations as the voice of our industry solutions strategy.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in product marketing or solutions marketing with enterprise technologies including AI/ML, public clouds, storage systems, networking, databases, security, and file systems
  • Deep understanding and passion for AI, cloud, and data storage technologies with a customer-centric mindset
  •  Experience in developing go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and messaging for technical products in priority industries
  • Proven ability to craft differentiated messaging and solution narratives tied to customer outcomes
  • Experience supporting or enabling technology partnerships and joint GTM
  • Strong content creation skills across multiple formats (decks, briefs, blogs, case studies)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to tailor to technical and executive audiences
  • Strong collaboration and program management skills to align with partners, sales, and product teams
  • History of excelling in fast-paced and dynamic environments
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field
  • Located in North America with an ability to travel up to 25%

Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 269,000; 9.4% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
