About the Role:

Are you a Google Ads wizard? Are you an expert on the latest AI technologies powering search campaigns? Do you geek out over smart bidding and Performance Max? Are you incredibly passionate about helping search marketers maximize conversions and ROAS? Then we have the role for you!

The Invoca product marketing team is looking for a Google Ads fanatic to be our new Senior Product Marketing Manager and help lead go-to-market (GTM) strategy, messaging, and execution for our Google Ads solutions. In this role, you will be a part of a highly upbeat, remote, and dynamic environment, working with a passionate team of product management, marketing, sales, and customer success leaders to drive adoption of Invoca’s solutions for search and digital advertising. 

The ideal candidate is a Google Ads expert with experience doing product marketing for martech solutions for Google Ads or with hands-on experience managing Google Ads for large businesses looking for a move to product marketing. 

You Will:

  • Drive business growth for Invoca’s solutions for Google Ads and digital marketing, including supporting customer acquisition and upselling
  • Lead new product launches by working with cross-functional teams to develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) plans and materials
  • Document compelling, differentiated messaging and positioning statements to drive interest in and adoption of Invoca’s solutions
  • Engage with our SEM and digital marketing customers to understand their needs and buying behaviors in order to help them achieve maximum value using Invoca
  • Be the voice of the customer at Invoca so you can work with product management to develop differentiated product roadmaps 
  • Track and understand the competitive landscape and develop competitive positioning for Invoca’s offerings
  • Partner with product management, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to develop content that support the demand gen and selling process, including first-call & upsell decks, sales collateral, playbooks, videos, blogs, and webinars
  • Deliver compelling enablement training for Invoca’s GTM organization in support of product launches and to help Invoca capitalize on market trends
  • Help position Invoca in the market by participating and presenting at relevant trade shows and events, engaging with analysts and press, and assisting with customer meetings

You Have:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in product marketing for martech businesses that work with Google Ads or running Google Ads campaigns for large businesses 
  • Knowledge of AI, including how it is being used to power search and digital advertising
  • Expert understanding and experience with the go-to-market process including pricing and packaging along with the overall release management of critical customer-facing features
  • Ability to clearly communicate strategy and vision, while also being able to lead cross-functional go-to-market teams to execute launches and upselling motions
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated experience engaging and influencing senior executives.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations and drive actions.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute methodically
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is desired
  • History of teamwork and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done

  • Position Base Range - Salary Range $127,000-160,000/ plus bonus potential
