Job Overview:
Coursera’s Product Marketing team connects consumers, educators and institutions with our world-class learning products, content and solutions. Product Marketers play a key role in finding product-market fit, bringing products to market and driving adoption. In this role, you’ll lead Product Marketing for Coursera for Business (C4B). You’ll partner closely with product management, content strategy, marketing, sales, and customer success teams building customer experiences spanning skill-first products and solutions. You’ll also play a critical role in ensuring Coursera is the chosen skill development platform for enterprise organizations in support of our growth and revenue goals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop industry, buyer, admin and learner audience expertise and insights to influence the product and marketing roadmap
- Create and own product messaging, positioning, pricing, and GTM assets building stakeholder alignment to drive business impact
- Be a competitive expert in Coursera product and content offerings, identifying target industries, regions, and buyer personas
- Drive go-to-market strategy and execution for new features and products to Coursera’s growing customer base
- Develop sales and marketing materials including presentations, messaging and positioning guides, datasheets, etc. serving as a subject matter expert
- Partner cross-functionally across the entire marketing and field organizations to craft and launch compelling narratives and value propositions across owned, earned, and paid channels
Basic Qualifications:
- 8+ years in B2B product marketing (or related marketing roles), 10+ years professional level experience
- Experience implementing sales enablement strategies to enable senior sales professionals to succeed and improve performance and efficiency.
- Experience with developing product go-to-market plans, building messaging and positioning, pricing and packaging, executing and tracking GTM initiatives across global, cross-functional teams benchmarking KPIs
- Experience creating messaging documents and positioning plans.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working within a global and fast-paced, Enterprise SaaS organization
- Experience selling or marketing tech buyers, HR / L&D, and/or C-Suite
- Experience enabling global enterprise marketing, sales, and customer success organizations on product, partner, and service offerings
- Comfort with a fast-paced culture with the ability to learn quickly, think creatively and stay focused and organized while managing multiple priorities
- Demonstrated messaging and storytelling skills that motivate and inspire purchase, renewal and expansion

$110,000 to $175,000 USD
US Zone 3
$100,000-150,000 USD
The range(s) listed above is the expected annual base salary for this role, subject to change.
Salary is just one component of Coursera’s total rewards package. All regular employees are also eligible for a bonus program and equity in the form of RSU’s.
A number of factors are taken into account when determining pay, which includes: job level, location, training/education, business need, skill set and internal equity.
Current Zone Locations:
- Zone 1- San Francisco Metro, New York City Metro or Seattle Metro
- Zone 2 - CA (outside of SF Bay Area), CO, CT, DC, GA, IL, MA, MD, NY/NJ (other than NYC), OR, RI, TX, VA, WA (other than Seattle)
- Zone 3 - all other US locations
