What Do We Do?

Triple Whale is the AI operating system built for modern commmerce. We help you see what's actually working in your business, what's not, and what to do next. Then we take action for you — pausing the underperforming ad, generating the next batch of creative, flagging the inventory risk before it hurts your bottom line.

We pull every signal in your business into one place, and put it on the most trusted measurement foundation in the industry. And on top of that, we give you the only AI harness in commerce — Moby — letting you tap any LLM you want, grounded in the full context of your business. Moby doesn't just surface insights, it executes decisions for you, with automations that make the rest of your stack smarter.

The result: more than 65,000 brands like Kitsch, OUAI, and True Classic turn mountains of complex data into actions that actually grow profit, at a speed and scale that is not humanly possible.

About the role

We’re looking for a senior product marketer with a deep understanding of AI to shape how the market understands Moby. You’ll connect how the technology works, the practical value it delivers to customers, and what makes it different from other options. You’ll own Moby’s positioning, messaging, content, and competitive intelligence for alternative AI solutions in the market. This is a highly visible, influential role. Success requires the ability to prioritize, plan, execute, and learn as the product and AI market evolve.

What you’ll doPositioning and messaging
  • Own Moby’s positioning, messaging, and value propositions. Develop a clear point of view that connects AI technology to practical customer outcomes and meaningful differentiation.
  • Build consensus with executive leadership, Product Management, and other key stakeholders, driving the business toward a shared position and consistent messaging.
  • Use customer interviews, sales conversations, and win/loss insights to refine use cases and routinely update messaging as customer needs and the market evolve.
Competitive intelligence
  • Own competitive intelligence for alternative AI solutions in the market, including general-purpose tools and industry-specific products.
  • Evaluate those products directly, track their capabilities and claims, and turn findings into clear recommendations for Moby’s positioning and product direction.
  • Put competitive intelligence to work across go-to-market teams through enablement, battlecards, and practical guidance for customer conversations and campaigns. Drive adoption and use team feedback to improve how that intelligence is applied.
Content creation
  • Be a public face and evangelist for Triple Whale’s AI capabilities, showing customers what’s possible through demos, video, events, and thought leadership.
  • Partner with Content and Social to develop AI-first campaigns that make our capabilities tangible and connect them to customer needs.
  • Own and create sales collateral, including pitch decks, one-pagers, battlecards, product explainers, demo narratives, and objection-handling materials. Keep it current, credible, and useful.
  • Create presentations, graphics, and scripts for audio and video that make Moby’s value clear and engaging.
Cross-functional collaboration
  • Work with Product and Engineering to understand capabilities, validate claims, and connect technical decisions to customer value.
  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success to understand customer needs, test narratives, and improve the usefulness of sales materials.
  • Partner with Growth to build feedback loops around customer acquisition, activation, and adoption. Share customer insights, competitive intelligence, and campaign learnings to understand what’s working. Use those insights to strengthen positioning, messaging, and enablement across teams.
  • Collaborate with Brand, creative teams, the launch lead, and channel teams to bring a consistent product story to market.
  • Bring customer and competitive insight to executive leadership, with clear points of view and recommendations.
What you’ll bring
  • A strong record in B2B product marketing, with ownership of messaging, positioning, competitive intelligence, and sales enablement for complex technology products.
  • Direct experience marketing AI products or working at an AI company.
  • Deep, current understanding of AI, informed by hands-on use and evaluation of AI products. You understand how models and agents use context and tools, where they create value, and their limitations.
  • An AI-first mentality in how you work, using AI to research, create, and improve workflows while applying sound judgment to the results.
  • The technical fluency to work closely with Product and Engineering, evaluate competing claims, and explain complex ideas simply to business audiences.
  • Excellent writing and visual storytelling. You can create strong decks and collateral yourself and shape a clear story across graphics, audio, and video.
  • Sound judgment, curiosity, and follow-through. You listen closely, test your assumptions, and use what you learn to improve the work.
Especially valuable
  • Experience with industry-specific AI, commerce, marketing technology, or data and analytics products.

What you need to know about the Boston Tech Scene

Boston is a powerhouse for technology innovation thanks to world-class research universities like MIT and Harvard and a robust pipeline of venture capital investment. Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 269,000; 9.4% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
