Why Join Giga
  • The Pace: We're building at a speed most companies talk about but never actually operate at. If you've been bored somewhere else, you won't be here.
  • The Impact: Every person at Giga touches the work that matters. No layers, no waiting for approval chains. You'll see your fingerprints on what we ship.
  • The Team: A team of operators defining the future of AI infrastructure. We recruit A-players from the most innovative companies in the world, and they choose Giga because the work here means more.
  • The Moment: AI doesn't run without power, and that's us. Giga is the picks and shovels behind the AI revolution. This industry is about to explode, and you'll be in the room where it's already happening.
What You'll Do

As Senior Product Marketing Manager for AI Data Centers & Development, you will own how Giga tells its story to the market, across our full-stack AI data center offering, from site selection and development through deployment. You are the narrative architect for Giga's most strategic GTM motion.

This role sits at the intersection of product and go-to-market. You will work closely with a technical PM counterpart who owns the infrastructure and equipment narrative, while you focus on the broader data center development story: the sites, the campuses, the full builds. Together, you are the two-person PMM team behind Giga's go-to-markets.

You will shape how hyperscalers, neoclouds, and AI operators understand what Giga builds, why it matters, and why no one else can do it the way we do.

Responsibilities

Core Narrative & Positioning

  • Own the product narrative for Giga's AI data center and full-stack development offering, from positioning and messaging to story architecture across segments
  • Develop and maintain core messaging for hyperscalers, neoclouds, and BTC/HPC operators, tailored to how each segment evaluates and selects development partners
  • Partner with your technical PMM counterpart to ensure infrastructure messaging ladders up into the broader development story

Content & Storytelling

  • Lead the development of case studies, solution narratives, and proof points that demonstrate Giga's full-stack delivery capability
  • Build and refine core product marketing materials: one-pagers, solution briefs, sales enablement decks, and RFP-ready narratives
  • Craft content that earns credibility with deeply technical buyers without losing the strategic story

Launches & Events

  • Drive product launch campaigns for new site and development offerings — from internal alignment through external rollout
  • Own Giga's presence at key industry events: develop showcase narratives, booth experiences, and presentation content that make Giga impossible to ignore
  • Partner with demand gen and content teams to amplify launches across web, social, and outbound channels

Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Work directly with business development and sales to understand how buyers think, what objections look like in the field, and where the narrative is winning or falling short
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to stay ahead of what Giga is building and translate it into market-facing stories before the competition can catch up
Requirements
  • Proven product marketing experience with a track record of building compelling product narratives from scratch
  • Elite storytelling ability: you can take a complex, multi-component offering and distill it into a clear, differentiated, and emotionally resonant story
  • Demonstrated experience owning high-impact deliverables: case studies, positioning documents, launch campaigns, or event showcases
  • Comfortable working closely with technical counterparts and translating what engineers and PMs build into what buyers need to hear
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.
Bonus Points
  • Background in or exposure to data centers, AI infrastructure, energy infrastructure, or adjacent industries
  • Experience marketing complex, multi-stakeholder infrastructure or enterprise solutions
  • Prior work with hyperscaler or neocloud buyers, or experience in GTM roles targeting technical operators
Benefits
  • Subsidized health, dental, and vision insurance
  • Equity (options) in a rapidly growing startup
  • 401(k) with 4% employer match
  • Unlimited PTO
  • Parental leave
  • Healthcare and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) or Health Savings Account (HSA)
  • Commuter benefits
  • Team on-sites where all offices come in–person to collaborate

Who We Hire

We don't use "A-player" loosely. Here's what it actually means at Giga:

Antifragile. You don't just survive chaos, you get better because of it. When things break, change, or move sideways, you don't freeze. You adapt faster than the problem evolves.

High Agency. You don't wait to be told what to do. You see the gap, you fill it. If something is blocking progress, you find a way around it, over it, or through it without asking for permission.

Executors. Ideas are cheap. We hire people who ship. You're the person who turns a whiteboard sketch into something real while everyone else is still scheduling the next meeting about it.

Bias to Action. Perfect is the enemy of done. You'd rather make a decision with 80% of the information and course correct than sit around waiting for 100% that never comes.

Speed. We move fast because the opportunity demands it. You're not reckless, but you understand that in this industry, the team that moves fastest wins. And you like winning.

What you need to know about the Boston Tech Scene

Boston is a powerhouse for technology innovation thanks to world-class research universities like MIT and Harvard and a robust pipeline of venture capital investment. Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 269,000; 9.4% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
