The ideal candidate is a highly analytical, customer-obsessed product leader with experience in e-commerce, marketplaces, SEO, paid acquisition, conversion optimization, or other growth-oriented digital products. You are comfortable operating in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, balancing short-term business priorities with long-term product strategy. You are a strong communicator who can align stakeholders, make thoughtful tradeoffs, and drive execution across cross-functional teams.

This is a great opportunity for a product manager who wants to own a highly visible surface area of the business and drive measurable impact for customers and the company.

How Your Role Contributes to the Success of Vivid Seats

As the Senior Product Manager, Web, you will:

  • Own the product strategy, roadmap, and prioritization for the Vivid Seats web experience, ensuring alignment with company goals and business priorities.
  • Partner closely with engineering, design, analytics, SEO, paid marketing, CRM, brand, customer support, and other stakeholders to identify opportunities, define requirements, and deliver high-impact product experiences.
  • Drive improvements across the web customer journey, including event discovery, search, event pages, ticket selection, checkout entry points, landing pages, and other key conversion surfaces.
  • Collaborate with SEO and marketing partners to identify product opportunities that improve organic visibility, landing page performance, site structure, technical SEO, page quality, and customer acquisition.
  • Partner with paid marketing teams to improve campaign landing experiences, conversion efficiency, measurement, and the end-to-end customer journey for paid traffic.
  • Use data, experimentation, customer insights, competitive research, and business context to identify opportunities and make prioritization decisions.
  • Define success metrics for web initiatives, including traffic quality, conversion rate, revenue, customer engagement, page performance, SEO impact, and other relevant product and business KPIs.
  • Lead product discovery and delivery in partnership with UX and engineering, translating business and customer needs into clear product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and launch plans.
  • Balance customer experience, business impact, technical complexity, speed to market, and stakeholder input to make clear and effective product tradeoffs.
  • Communicate product strategy, roadmap priorities, launch plans, risks, and results to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Help establish strong operating rhythms for the web product area, including prioritization forums, roadmap reviews, experiment readouts, and post-launch performance analysis.

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate customer problems, business opportunities, product decisions, roadmap priorities, and performance results.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and moving quickly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
