You will be:
- developing category-specific shopping experience strategies across selected product domains such as Fashion, Home, or Electronics,
- driving the transformation from a “one size fits all” shopping model toward tailored, category-oriented customer experiences,
- mapping and optimizing customer journeys based on unique industry and product category requirements,
- making autonomous product decisions and defining product development directions within the assigned category area,
- working closely with senior business stakeholders and Business Owners on the client side, including director-level collaboration,
- identifying market opportunities and customer needs through strong product discovery practices,
- contributing strategic product expertise and helping shape future market trends within the assigned business domain,
- collaborating cross-functionally with design, engineering, analytics, and business teams in a fast-paced product environment.
Your profile:
- strong experience in Product Management within digital products or e-commerce environments,
- hands-on experience building or scaling customer-facing product experiences,
- strong product discovery skills and the ability to accurately identify customer and market needs,
- ability to think strategically and translate business goals into product direction and execution,
- high level of assertiveness and confidence in prioritization discussions and stakeholder management,
- experience working directly with senior business stakeholders and decision-makers,
- ability to work autonomously and make independent product decisions in complex environments,
- excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and business teams,
- experience working with large-scale e-commerce, retail, or marketplace platforms,
strong understanding of customer journeys, conversion optimization, and category-specific user behaviors, - fluent Polish and English,
- willingness to occasionally travel for business to Poznań, Warsaw, or Kraków is required,
- practical experience using AI-powered assistants (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot Chat, or similar) to improve productivity, quality, or decision-making in analysis and software delivery.
Work from the European Union region and a work permit are required.
Nice to have:- previous experience within large retail or marketplace organizations such as RTV Euro AGD, Media Markt, Amazon, OLX, or similar environments,
- experience building differentiated shopping experiences for multiple product categories,
- familiarity with personalization strategies and category-driven customer experience optimization,
- experience applying GenAI in a more structured way within the SDLC, including defined workflows, prompt patterns, or tool integrations embedded into daily analytical and documentation work,
- interest in and familiarity with emerging AI-driven practices (e.g. automation of analysis tasks, AI-supported documentation, or workflow optimization), with a willingness to explore and experiment beyond standard approaches.
