  • Annual compensation between $125,000-140,000, PLUS an annual performance-based, discretionary incentive.

What You Will Do - Essential Functions

The Senior Product Manager owns and drives end‑to‑end product strategy and execution, translating customer and market insights into clear product direction, successful launches, and high‑quality delivery across multiple product lines while developing strong product management capabilities.

  • Product Vision, Strategy & Market Alignment
    • Defines and evolves product vision, strategy, and roadmap to ensure alignment between business objectives, customer needs, and tactical execution
    • Incorporates market trends and customer insights to continuously refine product priorities and strategic direction
  • Product Delivery & Cross‑Functional Execution
    • Leads product launches and manages multiple product lines or concurrent releases, coordinating cross‑functional teams to deliver on time and at high quality
    • Ensures Engineering, QA, and partners have clear requirements, priorities, and user experience expectations to support cohesive development
  • Leadership, Enablement & Performance Management
    • Mentors and supports product managers and cross‑functional team members to strengthen product management practices and execution
    • Tracks operational and product performance metrics to assess outcomes, inform decisions, and drive continuous improvement

Who You Are

  • Required Qualifications:
    • Bachelor’s degree in business or another related field
    • 3–5+ years of experience in a product management or product owner role
    • Experience developing user stories, establishing acceptance criteria, and conducting backlog grooming
    • Ability to translate user feedback into actionable designs and specifications
    • Intermediate to advanced level of understanding of Product Management principles and processes
    • Understanding of Agile and SCRUM methodology
    • History analyzing business needs and gaps in product performance
    • Ability to pass background check upon hire and throughout employment to include criminal felony & misdemeanor search, SSN validation/trace search (LEIE), education report (highest degree obtained), civil upper and lower search, 7-year employment report, federal criminal search, statewide criminal search, widescreen plus national criminal search, health care sanctions-state med (SAM), national sex offender registry, prohibited parties (OFAC) (terrorist watchlist), and a 10-Panel Drug Screen.

  • Working Conditions:
    • High-speed internet service (cable or fiber optic) with minimum download Speed of 20 Mbps, Upload Speed of 5 Mbps, and Maximum Latency of 100 milliseconds (must be installed before starting) required.
    • Frequent use of computer and phone systems
    • Must be able to constantly remain in a stationary, sitting position, communicate and exchange information with others, inspect information, perform repetitive motions with arms and fingers, interpret data, problem solve, make decisions, organize and plan, and maintain a positive and professional attitude in all situations.
    • Work is performed from home with company-provided equipment. Sitting for long periods of time is expected and use of fingers and hands for typing is necessary.
    • A quiet workspace with minimal background noise for calls.
