- Communicates strategy and vision - Simplifies complex technical and market concepts to present clear, impactful strategies to executive leadership. Facilitates active listening and clear written/verbal communication to align internal teams with product goals.
- Experience: 6+ years in product management, ideally in tech.
- Adaptability & Initiative: Thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments, adept at navigating ambiguity. A proactive self-starter, comfortable forging solutions in uncharted territory.
- Curiosity: A rapid, avid learner, inquisitive about the market, competition, customers, and strategy; driven to understand underlying problems.
- Bias for Action: Value speed and decisive, intelligent risk-taking over excessive analysis.
- Impact-Driven: Consistently deliver meaningful results, focusing on business outcomes. Own product success, align teams, and proactively mitigate risks.
- Empathy: Deeply internalize customer challenges, passionate about creating solutions they love.
- Excellent Communication: An active listener who communicates with clarity, conciseness, and impact (written and verbal). Excel at simplifying complexity and can confidently present to executive leadership.
