The Role

As a Senior Product Manager at Zippy, you will play a key role in building the systems that support everything that happens after a loan is originated. This includes servicing, financial operations, data infrastructure, and investor support. You will help shape the tools and processes that ensure loans are managed accurately, money moves efficiently, and stakeholders have access to the insights they need to operate at scale.

This role spans multiple areas of the business. You will work cross-functionally to improve internal workflows, develop operational tools, and strengthen the data foundation that powers servicing, reporting, and decision-making. You will focus on driving clarity, reducing friction, and enabling future growth by applying strong systems thinking and a deep understanding of how technology supports day-to-day operations.

What You’ll Do
  • Own the strategy and execution for your product area, aligning with Zippy’s mission and business goals.

  • Use data, A/B testing, and customer insights to drive decisions, optimize experiences, and measure success.

  • Lead the product lifecycle, from discovery and roadmap definition to launch and iteration.

  • Balance short-term wins with long-term impact, ensuring quick iterations drive lasting value.

  • Solve complex problems, considering customer needs, business growth, and technical feasibility.

  • Work cross-functionally to align teams, remove roadblocks, and ensure smooth execution of product initiatives.

  • Thrive in a fast-paced startup, adapting quickly, making bold bets, and iterating to improve.

What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years of product management experience in fintech lending, with loan servicing or data product experience preferred.

  • Strong systems thinker with a track record of building internal tools, improving operational workflows, or supporting infrastructure at scale.

  • Strong customer and business intuition, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, balancing speed with quality while adapting to evolving priorities.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity.

  • Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, with experience working across teams like engineering, design, sales, and operations.

  • Passion for creating products and experiences that drive impact.
