As a Senior Product Manager you will lead the vision, strategy, and execution for AI based product within Jira Service Management (JSM). In this role, you will drive the development of intelligent, scalable, and impactful AI-powered solutions that transform how teams deliver service and support at scale. What You'll Do
- Define and execute the product strategy in JSM, aligning with Atlassian's broader AI and product vision.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact features, from ideation through launch and iteration.
- Partner with engineering and data science to build robust, scalable, and ethical AI solutions.
- Engage with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to deeply understand user needs and pain points.
- Analyze data and feedback to prioritize features and measure success.
- Evangelize the product vision internally and externally, representing Atlassian at industry events and with key customers.
About You
- 7+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record of shipping successful SaaS products.
- Experience working with AI/ML technologies, preferably in enterprise or B2B software.
- Strong technical acumen; able to collaborate effectively with engineering and data science teams.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Passion for solving complex problems and delivering customer value.
- Experience with service management, ITSM, or workflow automation products is a plus.
