Dwolla is seeking a Senior Product Manager to guide the creation of strategic initiatives that build and optimize our product suite. As a member of our product team, you’ll collaborate with software engineers and UX designers to deliver products on-time and on-spec to delight our customers. The Senior Product Manager will serve as the directing mind of a chosen initiative and lead progress across the organization. This will be achieved through the use of clear principles, pragmatic process, meaningful measurements, and product frameworks that help teams innovate quickly and confidently.

The Senior Product Manager will own their respective product and build deep knowledge of Dwolla’s products, funds flows, payment methods, and other capabilities. You will have the opportunity to own and be accountable for product success by managing the full product lifecycle end-to-end, from discovery through delivery and iteration.

What You'll Do:

  • Contribute to the product roadmap by talking with customers, gathering functional requirements, and collaborating on the user experience in conjunction with product team members, software engineers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Prioritize projects across the organization to align with company strategy and shared priorities across teams.
  • Own a portfolio of initiatives, contributing to the roadmap and facilitating stakeholder discussions to drive clarity and progress.
  • Be a passionate product advocate and champion user needs in every decision.
  • Collaborate with and inspire internal partners (e.g., leadership, development, design, communications, finance, marketing, risk, legal) to execute the overall product vision and strategy.
  • Track and analyze product success metrics to understand the impact of releases and identify future product improvements.
  • Engage internal and external users to better understand their goals, workflows, and challenges.
  • Partner with user experience to support product discovery, usability testing, and customer feedback loops.
  • Serve as a go-to product expert for sales, marketing, and account management teams, helping them confidently represent Dwolla’s value.

What We're Looking For:

  • 4 - 8 years of experience in product management with a consumer-facing product.
  • 4+ years of experience in financial services (payments focus is ideal).
  • Desire to learn financial concepts and build expertise in the fintech industry.
  • Demonstrated success working in fast-paced, agile environments.
  • Comfort using AI tools to accelerate product discovery (e.g., summarizing research, analyzing customer feedback, generating hypotheses faster).
  • Experience identifying and delivering AI-enabled product opportunities that improve customer workflows, automation, or risk reduction.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
  • Passion and curiosity for understanding user needs and building products that solve real problems.


  • Bonus Points For:
  • SaaS product experience.
  • Familiarity with Atlassian Jira and Confluence.
  • Comfort with data analysis, product analytics, and using insights to guide decisions.
