About the Role:
We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager who’s passionate about discovery, data, and delivering meaningful customer value. In this role, you’ll ensure that our teams are continuously engaging in customer discovery and that the solutions we create are both viable and valuable for our users.
You’ll play a key role in shaping how customers experience CloudZero from the moment they connect their spend, turning complex cloud data into insights that drive real business outcomes. As part of this, you’ll lead the evolution of CloudZero’s data platform and integrations, transforming them into strategic revenue drivers that scale with customer needs.
You’ll collaborate closely with design, engineering, and go-to-market teams to improve data flow, enhance platform performance, and continue delighting the customers who already love our product; all while identifying new opportunities to solve even more of their problems in this space.
What You’ll Do:
Lead discovery and delivery across small, cross-functional product teams, partnering closely with design and engineering to translate strategy into clear, impactful solutions.
Own the success of everything your team ships, from quality and usability to customer and business outcomes. Define measurable goals and ensure every release drives real value.
Shape CloudZero’s data platform and integrations strategy, advancing our mission to improve cloud spend visibility and transforming complex cloud data into actionable insights.
Influence roadmap decisions using data-driven insights from customers, usage patterns, and market feedback. Present compelling cases for new and improved functionality that deliver measurable impact.
Collaborate across Product, Engineering, and Go-to-Market to align priorities, execute a unified roadmap, and ensure smooth feature launches.
Partner with Sales and Product Marketing to effectively position and communicate new capabilities to customers and the market.
Deeply understand the customer experience — identify product gaps, generate ideas for differentiation, and deliver solutions that enhance satisfaction, retention, and growth.
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and potential partnerships through an ROI and build-vs-buy lens to inform product decisions.
Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes, scoping and prioritizing work based on business impact and customer value.
Build strong relationships across leadership, engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to ensure alignment and execution.
What You Bring:
5+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS, ideally with data platforms or integrations, in a startup environment.
Proven ability to manage vendor or partner relationships around APIs and data connectivity.
Comfortable in fast-moving, high-growth environments where ownership matters.
Strong customer-facing skills, able to engage technical and business stakeholders.
Knowledge of AI copilots, prompt engineering, or tools like Claude Code.
Hands-on experience with APIs, scripting, and prototyping.
Familiarity with FinOps is helpful but not required; data fluency is key.
Why CloudZero?
Join a collaborative, high-impact product team where PMs have visibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to influence strategy.
Own a critical layer of the platform where data, integrations, and automation converge — and help define what great product management looks like as CloudZero scales.
