Senior Product Manager

Metropolis is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead initiatives that are foundational to delivering seamless, intelligent, and scalable experiences across our growing network of locations. You will own core parts of our platform that power critical growth drivers of our business - from novel consumer experiences to core infrastructure that ensure smooth operations and deliver values to our operators. We are looking for a systems thinker who can operate across both product strategy and technical execution. You thrive in ambiguous environments, can translate complex operational or technical needs into clear product requirements, and are motivated by solving problems that blend software, hardware, and physical space.

• Define and drive the product vision for core platform capabilities that enable a seamless and scalable experience across the Metropolis ecosystem
• Translate business and operational goals into clear, prioritized roadmaps and measurable outcomes
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to identify bottlenecks and opportunities to improve performance, reliability, and scalability
• Lead product discovery and delivery using data, experimentation, and user feedback
• Define clear product requirements, documentation, and success metrics to align stakeholders and guide execution 
• Work with Engineering to ensure product design is efficient, maintainable, and aligned with long-term architecture
• Partner with Operations to monitor real-world performance, resolve issues, and continuously improve site and system health
• Manage launches end-to-end, from QA and testing to rollout and adoption
• Define, monitor, and drive key metrics that push our business forward

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of product management experience 
• Proven ability to drive large, cross-functional projects from concept through delivery
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; adept at interpreting data and identifying actionable insights
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas for diverse audiences
• Experience collaborating closely with engineering and operations teams
• High attention to detail and ability to prioritize effectively

• SQL skills

Our corporate team members hold to our office-first model, which requires employees to be on-site at least four days a week, fostering organic interactions that spark creativity and connection.

When you join Metropolis, you'll join a team of world-class product leaders and engineers, building an ecosystem of technologies at the intersection of parking, mobility, and real estate. Our goal is to build an inclusive culture where everyone has a voice and the best idea wins. You will play a key role in building and maintaining this culture as our organization grows. The anticipated base salary for this position is $200,000.00 USD to $220,000.00 USD annually. The actual base salary offered is determined by a number of variables, including, as appropriate, the applicant's qualifications for the position, years of relevant experience, distinctive skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location of residence and/or place of employment.
