Position Overview
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to drive prescription operations at Phil. In this role, you will drive the success of our prescription fulfillment across our internal pharmacy team and fulfillment partners, in collaboration with dedicated Engineering and Design teammates. As a critical part of our strategy, you will be responsible for helping patients get medication they’ve been prescribed while also delivering value for our clients.
Responsibilities
Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for Phil’s prescription fulfillment processes, including pharmacy and partner operations
Identify requirements using data and with internal stakeholders, including pharmacy teams, fulfillment partners, and client success teams. Then, work collaboratively to deliver their needs.
Create new platform capabilities to expand our reach to new types of medication
Continually evolve and iterate to improve operational metrics
Participate in user research and process analysis to inform future plans
Set, monitor, and deliver on metrics-based goals
Requirements
Passion for helping patients and a get-it-done approach
5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a software setting
Strong track record driving operations platforms and managing complex workflows
Ability to articulate business strategy and translate it into product deliverables
Fluency in driving business outcomes using metrics
Familiarity with technical concepts and ability to work with engineers on trade-offs
Relevant educational background (preferred)
