What We Need

We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Senior Product Manager to lead product efforts for our Equip line of business. This pivotal role reports to the GM of Equip and sits at the intersection of vision and execution. You’ll shape product strategy, guide a largely offshore development team with onshore support, and collaborate closely with cross-functional leaders across engineering, operations, and business teams. As a core member of the Equip leadership team, you’ll play a critical role in driving innovation, growth, and impact in a high-opportunity area of the business.

Equip is a fast-growing line of business focused on radically improving the durable medical equipment (DME) experience in post-acute care settings such as hospice and long-term care. Through technology-driven solutions and strategic partnerships, Equip is modernizing care delivery, streamlining operations, and expanding access to high-quality services.

This is a unique opportunity to lead a well-established business line through its next phase of growth—with room to shape the roadmap, reimagine the go-to-market strategy, deliver meaningful outcomes, and eventually grow a team as the strategy evolves.

What You Will Do

Strategic Leadership: 

• Develop and lead the post-acute focused products’ strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with company vision and goals. 
• Develop relevant business metrics for your area, drive instrumentation and reporting, and execute on the roadmap to achieve impact. 
• Drive the conceptualization, development, and launch of innovative products and features. 

Market Insight and Analysis: 

• Conduct comprehensive market and user research to identify customer needs, market opportunities, and trends, ensuring the product's competitive edge. 
• Analyze competitors and market standards, synthesizing insights to inform product enhancements and developments. 
• Leverage data tools and analysis to identify and prioritize opportunities. 

Product Development and Launch: 

• Collaborate closely with engineering and operations teams to oversee product design and development, build and maintain requirements/user stories, ensuring timely and high-quality deliveries. 
• Develop go-to-market and launch plans for new products and features and continuously gather consumer feedback to refine and improve product offerings. 
• Provide thought leadership and education internally on new and existing products, facilitating knowledge sharing and alignment across teams. 

Leadership: 

• Lead a team of onshore and offshore developers, in close partnership with business stakeholders, fostering culture of collaboration and continuous learning. 

What You Have

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; master’s degree preferred. 
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in product management with a minimum of 3 years in healthcare or healthcare technology. Durable Medical Equipment or Hospice experience is a plus. 
• Demonstrated experience in leading product strategies and driving product innovations. 
• Proficiency in and adeptness in learning office productivity, data analysis, and department and job-specific software systems. 
• Exceptional analytical, organizational, and strategic thinking skills.

• Exhibits advanced analytical abilities and can discern the essence of complex issues and draw comprehensive solutions. 
• Displays creativity and insight, foreseeing industry trends and incorporating them into the organizational strategy. 
• Articulate ideas, values, and feedback clearly, ensuring alignment and understanding across diverse stakeholders.
