About the Role

As a Senior Product Manager at GRIN, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Creator Management by driving the strategy, development, and execution of key initiatives across the GRIN platform. You will lead cross-functional efforts to identify opportunities, define solutions, and deliver impactful products that empower brands to scale their influencer marketing programs.

This role is ideal for an experienced Senior Product Manager who thrives in a dynamic environment, balancing high-level strategy with hands-on execution. You will work closely with Product Design, Engineering, Customer Experience, Sales, and Marketing to drive innovation, improve user experience, and achieve business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the product lifecycle for high-impact initiatives, from discovery and development to launch and iteration.
  • Define and execute product strategy, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs.
  • Analyze market trends and user insights to identify opportunities for product enhancements and new features.
  • Collaborate with engineering leadership to foster a high-performing, outcome-driven product development team.
  • Develop and own product roadmaps, prioritization frameworks, and feature specifications to ensure efficient execution.
  • Leverage data and analytics to drive decision-making, track KPIs, and measure product success.
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure seamless go-to-market execution, feature adoption, and customer impact.
  • Continuously improve internal processes, frameworks, and tools to optimize the product development lifecycle.
  • Communicate effectively across teams and leadership, providing visibility and alignment on product initiatives.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience in SaaS, with a preference for Marketing Technology or related industries.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, drive alignment, and execute on complex initiatives.
  • Experience balancing customer needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility in product decision-making.
  • Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and user insights to drive product strategy.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, iterative environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
  • Exceptional communication skills—verbal, written, and presentation—tailored for diverse stakeholders.
  • Expertise in defining product roadmaps, prioritization methodologies, and feature specifications.
  • Experience with SQL/MySQL for data analysis is a plus.

United States Annual Base Salary Range

$145,000$160,000 USD
