Title: Senior Product Manager

Description:

We're looking for a Senior Product Manager with experience creating AI-driven enterprise applications. In this role, you will drive the creation and execution of the product roadmap, establish and refine product management best practices, mentor and support the professional growth of our existing product team, and foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence within our organization.

Your strategic leadership and expertise will shape future offerings for Drips, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy & Roadmap: Contribute to creating the product strategy. Define and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market needs.
  • Leadership & Mentorship: Manage and mentor Product Owners, providing clear guidance, setting performance expectations, and contributing to their professional growth.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, UX, production, account mgmt, data science, and other teams to align product priorities and ensure seamless execution.
  • Market & User Research: Analyze industry trends, the competitive landscape, and user feedback to identify opportunities and refine Drips product offerings.
  • Prioritization & Planning: Oversee backlog management, feature prioritization, and release planning, balancing short-term deliverables with long-term vision.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate product updates, collect feedback, and align expectations with stakeholders - executives, engineering, and customer facing teams.
  • Data-Driven Decision-Making: Define key success metrics, track product performance, and leverage insights to continuously optimize product strategy.
  • Continuous Process Improvement: Introduce and refine best practices, tools, and frameworks to enhance team efficiency, collaboration, and outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Product Management Experience: At least 7 years of experience in product management roles, with a proven track record of defining, launching, and scaling successful products. Demonstrated ability to develop detailed product specifications and a comprehensive understanding of product lifecycle management, from ideation to delivery.
  • Team Leadership & Mentorship: Have experience as a hands-on individual contributor while simultaneously managing a knowledgeable product team. Expertise in mentoring product owners or product managers, building high-performing teams, and cultivating a collaborative culture.
  • Strategic Vision & Execution: Skilled at defining long-term product strategies, prioritizing roadmaps, and executing against clear objectives that align with business goals.
  • Domain Expertise: Proficient in conversational AI platforms, SaaS, and/or AI-driven applications, with the ability to swiftly grasp complex concepts and convert them into customer-facing solutions. AI/ML experience or an understanding of natural language processing (NLP) concepts is highly desirable.
  • Data-Driven Mindset: Able to leverage data insights, customer feedback, and market research to make informed decisions and continually refine product direction.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills to interact effectively with engineering, UX, production, data science, and other teams.
  • Agile/Lean Methodologies: Well versed in agile product development processes, iterative planning, and continuous improvement principles.
  • Customer Focus: Demonstrates deep empathy for user needs, effectively translating feedback into actionable product improvements that drive customer satisfaction and business growth.
