Greenstone seeks a Senior Product Manager with strong strategic skills and customer focus to lead the advancement of its industry-leading ERP platform. In this role, you will define the product’s vision, develop key strategies, and oversee execution throughout our core modules. You’ll also help broaden accessibility by introducing apps and integrated services. You will lead a team of Product Managers and collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and customer success teams to create innovative solutions that address real business needs for mid-market and enterprise clients.

Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:

The Senior Product Manager leads the development and execution of product strategy, aligning it with company goals and customer needs. This role oversees the full product lifecycle, drives cross-functional collaboration, and ensures timely delivery of high-quality solutions. The ideal candidate champions customer insights, supports go-to-market efforts, and fosters a high-performing, data-driven product team. As a key leader, they align stakeholders and guide product decisions through clear metrics and strategic vision.

Product Management

  • Shape and communicate product strategy aligned with company goals.
  • Identify market needs through research and analysis.
  • Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch.
  • Collaborate across teams to deliver quality products on schedule.
  • Represent customer perspectives in decisions.
  • Track industry trends and competitors.
  • Work with engineering, UX, and QA to ship releases on time.
  • Support go-to-market efforts with marketing and sales.
  • Set and monitor product KPIs for informed decisions.

Leadership & Communication

  • Lead and mentor product managers; promote innovation and growth.
  • Align stakeholders internally and externally as the product’s representative.
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years in product management, including 3+ years leading teams, ideally within ERP or enterprise SaaS.
  • Strategic thinker who balances vision with execution.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management.
  • Cross-functional experience with sales, customer teams, and product development.
  • Agile development background.
  • Working knowledge of AI/ML concepts with hands-on experience using AI tools to prototype and shape product strategy
  • Willing to travel (10–20%).
Desired Qualifications
  • Cloud ERP experience (NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics).
  • Bachelor’s in Business, Agriculture, Engineering, or related field.
  • Knowledge of APIs, integrations, and data migration.

Location: Flexible work environment with the option to remotely or from offices in Alpharetta, GA or Ankeny, IA.
