Summary of Position
At Teladoc Health, we’re transforming the heath care experience. We’re looking for a strategic, user-centric, data-driven product manager to build world-class product lines for our members, providers and clients.
In this role, you will be responsible for executing a product strategy within the Chronic Condition Management product team. You’ll collaborate with Commercial, Clinical, Engineering, UX, Operations, and Data Science teams to develop and scale our obesity management solution.

If you’re our ideal candidate, you have a 5+ year track record of hands-on, user-focused product management experience developing mobile and web products that delight users and drive measurable user outcomes. You have experience with PBMs (Pharmacy Benefit Managers), Prior Authorization and complex regulatory health environments. Your products have directly contributed revenue to the B2C or B2B2C businesses where you’ve worked. You have built and launched new products from scratch and thrive on the challenge of finding product-market fit.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
This is a highly-collaborative, extremely fast-paced, innovative environment where you’ll find your excitement building as you’re both challenged and gratified by progress, every day.
Drive and execute the product roadmap for chronic condition management solutions.
Work with a cross-functional team consisting of product, engineering, design, data science, clinicians, operations, and marketing operating in a hybrid of strategic and tactical functions.
Establish shared product vision and roadmap, conduct competitive analysis, create effective product briefs, build alignment across product lines and functions, define success metrics.
Support the Scrum team through SAFe ceremonies, write comprehensive features (informed by user and business needs), drive cross-product prioritization, manage dependencies, risks and blockers supported by Release Train Engineers.
Own delivery for complex initiatives, and communicate progress to various levels of the organization, including progress against goals and key product metrics, including risk management.

Qualifications Expected for Position
5+ years Product Management experience in cross-functional, Agile product team.
Experience in the digital health and/or health tech industry.
Proven experience executing complex initiatives through the full product lifecycle in a fast-paced environment from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization
Demonstrated experience driving product vision, design discussions, and developing new products & technologies at scale
Demonstrated ability to prioritize and negotiate trade-offs for optimal value delivery
Comfortable with ambiguity and fast pace of change. Experience in proactively navigating complex challenges with minimal direction or oversight.
Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills -– highly skilled at articulating the “what, why, and how.” Strong executive presence
Bonus Qualifications
Experience building products for chronic condition management, telehealth, or digital therapeutics preferred.
B2B2C experience – requires both a deep understanding of buyer/client needs and a passion for helping members with their healthcare journey.
Independent self-starter, with a can-do attitude and flexibility to quickly adapt and produce in a rapidly changing environment.
Familiarity with PBMs (Pharmacy Benefit Managers) and/or Prior Authorizations highly preferred.
The base salary range for this position is $120,000 - $155,000. In addition to a base salary, this position is eligible for a performance bonus and benefits (subject to eligibility requirements) listed here Teladoc Health Benefits 2025. Total compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications.
