The Senior Product Manager for Web3 will drive the vision and execution for decentralized AI applications, manage the product ecosystem, and enhance user and developer experiences.

About the Role / About You
Own the 0G Product Ecosystem: Drive the vision and execution for our core infrastructure products that enable the next generation of decentralized AI and Web3 applications.
Your portfolio includes:

Chainscan: The primary user interface and explorer for the 0G ecosystem.

Payment Layer: The foundational system for transaction and gas fee management.

Centralized Platform Products: Strategic tools (e.g., point systems, dashboards) to bootstrap adoption across applications.

0G Hub: The central nexus for developer interaction, staking, and governance.

Bridge: Critical interoperability infrastructure connecting 0G to other networks.

What You’ll Accomplish (Responsibilities):

1. Define & Evangelize the Ecosystem Vision: Synthesize the broader vision for 0G’s AI Infrastructure (data availability, storage, compute) into a cohesive product strategy for the user-facing ecosystem. Own the roadmap for Chainscan, Hub, Bridge, and platform services, ensuring they compound to create a seamless developer and user experience.

2. Own the End-to-End Developer & User Journey: Map and optimize the entire interaction lifecycle across our product suite. Prioritize and define APIs, SDKs, and tools within the Hub, Payment Layer, and Chainscan that abstract away blockchain complexity, turning 0G's powerful infra into an intuitive platform for building and using AI applications.

3. Drive Cross-Product Ecosystem Strategy: Identify key leverage points across your product portfolio to accelerate network adoption. Partner with BD to enable strategic use cases—like AI training data markets or verifiable inference—through tailored integrations of our point systems, payment solutions, and explorer tools.

4. Execute with Precision Across the Stack: Collaborate with engineering to translate cross-product requirements into technical specs. Manage a unified backlog, prioritize features that create synergies between products (e.g., Bridge status in Chainscan, Payment metrics in the Hub), and ship high-quality, integrated capabilities.

5. Measure, Learn, and Iterate Holistically: Define success metrics for the entire ecosystem and for individual products. Analyze cross-product usage data, gather feedback, and iterate rapidly to improve the collective value and stickiness of the 0G platform.

6. Be the Authority on Web3 UX & Adoption: Serve as the internal expert on how developers and users interact with infrastructure ecosystems. Benchmark competitor landscapes, anticipate trends in wallets, explorers, and developer platforms, and inform how 0G’s products can set a new standard.

What You Bring (Requirements)

5+ years of Product Management experience with a proven track record of shipping complex, customer or developer-facing products. Experience managing a suite of interrelated products is a significant plus.

Strong technical fluency in Web3 infrastructure (wallets, explorers, bridges, RPC services) is required. Familiarity with AI/ML concepts or distributed systems is a strong advantage.

Deep firsthand experience with the Web3 user and developer journey. You understand the pain points from transaction signing to cross-chain asset management and block exploration.

Exceptional systems thinking: Ability to articulate a clear, unified product vision across multiple surfaces, making strategic trade-offs to maximize ecosystem value.

Proven skill in translating developer and end-user needs into a coherent, phased product plan across different but connected platforms.

Data-driven and user-obsessed, with a focus on metrics that reflect healthy ecosystem growth and engagement.

Excellent communication and storytelling, capable of aligning engineers, designers, marketers, and business developers around a shared ecosystem roadmap.

What we offer
  • Purpose: The opportunity to contribute to making AI a public good

  • Growth: A self-directed environment where you can take initiative to shape your role and career

  • Compensation: Market-competitive compensation including, for most roles, exposure to pre-launch tokens

In addition, 0G Labs is committed to the health and well being of all of our team members. To that end, we provide reimbursements towards a holistic set of experiences and courses:

  • Core self: Transcendental Meditation

  • Mind: Landmark Education

  • Emotion: Art of Communication

  • Presence: Speech Coach

  • Body: Fitness, gym and exercise memberships/classes

What you need to know about the Boston Tech Scene

Boston is a powerhouse for technology innovation thanks to world-class research universities like MIT and Harvard and a robust pipeline of venture capital investment. Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 269,000; 9.4% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
