Position Overview  

Autodesk Tandem is transforming building operations through digital twins and data-driven intelligence. Our team builds technology that connects and analyzes building data to help operators make better decisions so they can improve resilience, increase efficiency, and reduce costs. 

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution of Tandem’s data analytics domain. This role owns the product area responsible for transforming high-volume time-series data into concrete recommendations for users. You will partner closely with Engineering, Data Science, and Design to define clear problem statements and deliver a roadmap that drives measurable improvements in operational performance. As a foundational product area within Tandem, this role will shape long-term product direction and customer impact. You will report to the Director of Product Development in this hybrid position.  

  

Responsibilities  

  • Develop a deep understanding of our target customers by independently managing research projects, partnering with the user research team, conducting customer interviews, and leading customer calls

  • Build the team's strategy for data analytics

  • Develop a roadmap that is validated in grounded customer insights and aligned with company goals, strategy, and vision

  • Tell compelling stories (externally and internally) about who the product is for, what problems it solves for them, and why it's important to our business

  • Define and track KPIs to measure the impact of product features that are released and to guide future roadmap decisions

  

Minimum Qualifications  

  • 7+ years of product management experience, including ownership of complex, data-intensive products

  • Demonstrated ability to define and execute a clear product strategy

  • Experience leading initiatives through the full product life cycle, from discovery and requirements definition through launch and post-release assessment

  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills, with experience defining metrics and using data to inform prioritization and decision-making

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear product requirements and executive-level presentations

  

  

Preferred Qualifications  

  • Experience working with time-series data, streaming systems, or analytics-driven platforms

  • Experience building 0-to-1 or early-stage product capabilities

  • Experience in B2B enterprise SaaS products

Ce poste est responsable du domaine produit chargé de transformer des données chronologiques à haut volume en recommandations concrètes pour les utilisateurs. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes d'ingénierie, de science des données et de conception afin de définir des problématiques claires et d'élaborer une feuille de route qui permettra d'améliorer de manière mesurable les performances opérationnelles. En tant que domaine produit fondamental au sein de Tandem, ce poste déterminera l'orientation à long terme du produit et son impact sur les clients. Vous rendrez compte au directeur du développement produit dans le cadre de ce poste hybride.

Responsabilités

  • Acquérir une compréhension approfondie de nos clients cibles en gérant de manière autonome des projets de recherche, en collaborant avec l’équipe de recherche utilisateur, en menant des entretiens clients et en animant des appels clients

  • Élaborer la stratégie de l’équipe en matière d’analyse de données

  • Développer une feuille de route validée par des informations clients fondées et alignée sur les objectifs, la stratégie et la vision de l’entreprise

  • Présenter des arguments convaincants (en interne comme en externe) sur les destinataires du produit, les problèmes qu’il résout pour eux et son importance pour notre activité

  • Définir et suivre des indicateurs clés de performance (KPI) afin de mesurer l’impact des fonctionnalités lancées et d’orienter les décisions relatives à la feuille de route future

Qualifications minimales

  • Plus de 7 ans d’expérience en gestion de produits, y compris la responsabilité de produits complexes et à forte intensité de données

  • Capacité avérée à définir et à mettre en œuvre une stratégie produit claire

  • Expérience dans la conduite d’initiatives tout au long du cycle de vie complet d’un produit, de la découverte et la définition des besoins jusqu’au lancement et à l’évaluation post-lancement

  • Solides capacités de réflexion critique et d’analyse, avec une expérience dans la définition de métriques et l’utilisation des données pour éclairer la hiérarchisation des priorités et la prise de décision

  • Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et orale, avec la capacité de formuler des exigences produit claires et de réaliser des présentations de niveau direction

Qualifications souhaitées

  • Expérience de travail avec des données chronologiques, des systèmes de streaming ou des plateformes axées sur l’analyse

  • Expérience dans le développement de capacités produit de type « 0 à 1 » ou en phase de démarrage

  • Expérience dans les produits SaaS d’entreprise B2B

Salary transparency

Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $128,000 and $228,690. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
