Senior Technical Product Manager, Reporting

We’re rethinking reporting from the ground up and we’re looking for a hands-on, data-savvy product leader to help us build the future.

As a Senior Technical Product Manager, you’ll be at the center of this transformation, shaping how data is structured, queried, and exposed, not just how it looks in a dashboard.

This role is perfect for someone who loves diving into data models, writing SQL to test ideas, and collaborating directly with engineers to ship fast, meaningful iterations. You’ll be working at the intersection of data architecture and product experience, turning complex, multi-source datasets into a flexible reporting foundation for both internal teams and enterprise customers.

In this role, you’ll get to:

  • Lead the design and evolution of CreatorIQ’s reporting data architecture by partnering closely with engineering to define a best-in-class system.

  • Own the roadmap for CreatorIQ’s next-generation reporting products including Enterprise Dashboards, Campaign Reporting, Competitive Benchmarking, and manual report tooling.

  • Collaborate with data-focused stakeholders to integrate complex, large-scale data sources across the ecosystem while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and scalability of reporting capabilities across the CreatorIQ ecosystem.

  • Spearhead data mapping efforts across disparate systems and schemas to unify and normalize reporting structures.

  • Prototype with real data: write your own queries, test performance, and iterate quickly on what’s possible, not just what’s been spec’d.

  • Design for enablement and scale by building systems that reduce custom reporting needs and empower users with flexible tools.

  • Establish tight feedback loops through frequent demos and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Help define how product and engineering work together in a new model, prioritizing functional demos, live iteration, and working software.

  • Contribute to internal documentation and knowledge-sharing to ensure scalability and team independence.

  • Establish, track, and optimize key performance indicators to measure reporting product success. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy and roadmap.

Who you are and what you’ll need for this position:

  • 5+ years of product management experience in data-intensive SaaS products, reporting platforms, or analytics infrastructure. Prior engineering experience is a plus.

  • Strong hands-on experience working with data. Expertise with SQL, comfortable with database schemas, data normalization, joins, and custom metric design.

  • Proficiency with data pipelines, warehousing, and performance considerations for reporting at scale

  • Proven track record working successfully with engineering to ship working software in iterative, fast-paced environments.

  • Excellent systems thinking. You see how different data models, applications, and user needs connect across the platform.

  • Curiosity and bias for action. You don't wait for specs; you explore, test, and prototype to get closer to the answer.

  • Strong communication skills, especially when working across roles (Product, Engineering, Data, Customer Success).

  • Comfort working in ambiguity: You thrive in environments without a step-by-step playbook.

  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality products on time and within scope.

Confidence can sometimes hold us back from applying for a job. But we'll let you in on a secret: there's no such thing as a 'perfect' candidate. Have 50% of the criteria? Excited about this opportunity? Passionate about what we do at CreatorIQ? Please apply! CreatorIQ is a place where everyone can grow.

What you will get from us:

  • People: work with talented, collaborative, and friendly people who love what they do.

  • Guidance: utilize our learning platform, Easyllama, to get the training and tools you’ll need to become successful here from your first day with us.

  • Surprise meal stipends: work from home can’t stop the enjoyment of someone else making a meal for you!
