We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to own GAN Integrity's Platform capabilities which represent the foundation that powers everything else we build. This includes our workflow engine; permissions, access control, and user management; and a significant portion of our front-end experience. You'll define what "platform" means as we scale, and you'll have a direct hand in making our modules smarter, faster, and more interconnected. This is an IC role on a lean, high-ownership team and ideal for someone who is technically fluent, customer-obsessed, and energized by work that multiplies the leverage of everything around it.

What You'll Do

  • Own the roadmap for core platform capabilities including workflow, user and access management, and shared front-end experiences with a clear eye on scalability and cross-module leverage.
  • Make prioritization calls that balance user needs, technical investment, and business goals.
  • Define and drive the product strategy and execution plan for a progressively AI-native solution, with intentional focus on where automation, recommendations, and agentic workflows can reduce friction and accelerate customer outcomes.
  • Partner closely with Engineering to ensure that even the most complex technical initiatives result in simple, easy-to-use customer experiences.
  • Engage directly with customers to validate problems, test solutions, and develop deep fluency in how compliance teams actually work.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer success on launches, positioning, and adoption.

What You'll Bring

  • At least 3-5 years of product management experience in platform-oriented roles in B2B SaaS
  • Hands-on experience shipping AI-powered capabilities (intelligent workflows, automation, recommendations, or agentic patterns) and applying AI to the product management discipline
  • Strong intuition for platform thinking: how foundational investments create leverage, and how to sequence them without slowing down the broader product.
  • Familiarity with regulatory and compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, SOC 2, HIPAA, ISO 27001) and an understanding of their impact on product design.
  • The communication range to move fluently between engineers, compliance buyers, and executive stakeholders.
  • Experience working in or with Ethics, Compliance, GRC, Security, or Legal Tech solutions is a plus.

Who You Are
You think in systems. You get energized by work that provides leverage to the team around you. You're high-agency by nature: comfortable with ambiguity, decisive when it matters, and someone who can effectively lead through influence rather than authority.

What We Offer

  • Flexible working hours and the ability to work fully remotely, with alignment to East Coast hours.
  • Competitive compensation that reflects your skills and experience.
  • Real ownership and room to grow in a fast-moving, high-impact environment.
  • A collaborative team where your voice carries weight.
  • The chance to work on something that matters — helping build a more ethical and compliant business world.

What you need to know about the Boston Tech Scene

Boston is a powerhouse for technology innovation thanks to world-class research universities like MIT and Harvard and a robust pipeline of venture capital investment. Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 269,000; 9.4% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
