GR8_TECH builds B2B iGaming platforms for operators who play to lead.

We deliver full-cycle, high-impact tech designed to scale — from seamless integrations and expert consulting to long-term operational support. Our platform powers millions of active players and drives real business growth. Call it what it is: the iGaming Platform for Champions.

With 1000+ GR8 people across locations and time zones, we don’t just ship technology — we help operators build success stories across brands, markets, and geos.

Our ambition drives us. Our people make it real.

If you’re a challenger in spirit and a champion in action — join us.

Why this role exists:

This role exists to drive the tactical execution, feature delivery, and optimization of core streams within our consolidated Turnkey Product model. You’ll help us absorb heavy business demand from leading B2C brands and accelerate market localizations by working directly with engineering teams "in the field".

What you’ll drive:

Strategy & outcomes

  • Execute a clear 6–12 month stream roadmap that directly supports the broader Turnkey platform goals.

  • Align the team's daily delivery schedule to focus on a minimized number of the most critical, high-impact projects.

  • Track core product performance metrics, leveraging a structured metric tree to measure the real business impact of every shipped feature.

Discovery & decisions

  • Start with the core client problem rather than the requested solution, uncovering actual business needs behind heavy intake pipelines.

  • Set and quickly test product hypotheses through analytics, user insights, and competitor research before starting large development tasks.

  • Analyze client brand performance alongside Account Management to discover revenue uplifts and opportunities for platform optimization.

Delivery & execution

  • Ship high-quality platform features, widgets, and layout configuration systems under tight compliance and time constraints.

  • Collaborate closely with engineers daily to refine technical solutions, unblock sprints, and maintain high delivery velocity.

  • Anticipate technical risks and proactively manage side effects or dependencies across related platform modules.

Stakeholder management

  • Manage complex intake pipelines from established B2C brands without letting conflicting client demands derail engineering focus.

  • Resolve cross-team execution dependencies independently, aligning with adjacent technical and business functions before potential roadblocks appear.

  • Communicate regular updates, work results, and research findings transparently to the rest of the product organization.

What makes you a GR8 fit:

Must-have

  • 4+ years of explicit Product Management experience, with a proven history of launching multiple large or complex features.

  • Deep functional domain knowledge within the iGaming industry, including hands-on work with verticals like Casino, Sportsbook, CRM, Bonuses, or Anti-Fraud engines.

  • Strong technical savviness with the ability to constructively criticize engineering plans and analyze underlying system architecture.

  • Proven ability to set, build, and maintain a structured metric tree to inform product prioritization.

  • High level of professional autonomy, requiring virtually no support to resolve day-to-day product issues and cross-team alignment friction.

  • Excellent communication skills in fluent English to maintain transparency across distributed teams.

Nice-to-have

  • Direct execution experience within B2B iGaming platform benchmark companies

  • Hands-on experience configuring, optimizing, or localizing platform tools for geographic targets like the LATAM market.

  • Background working with flexible B2B Content Management Systems (CMS) or platform layout configuration tools.

  • Active interest in helping other PMs, improving internal product delivery processes, or participating in multidisciplinary interviews.

Why you’ll love working here:

Benefits Cafeteria — annual budget you allocate to:

Sports • Medical • Mental health • Home office • Languages.

Work-life & support

  • Paid maternity/paternity leave + monthly childcare allowance.
  • 20+ vacation days, unlimited sick leave, emergency time off.
  • Remote-first + tech support + coworking compensation.
  • Team events (online/offline/offsite).
  • Learning culture with internal courses + growth programs.
Our culture & core values:

GR8_TECH culture is how we win — through trust, ownership, and a growth mindset. We move fast, stay curious, and keep it real, with open feedback, room to experiment, and a team that’s got your back.

FUELLED BY TRUST: we’re open, honest, and have each other’s backs.
