Role Overview

As Product Manager for Partnerships & Integrations, you will transform Technosylva's products from standalone solutions into a connected ecosystem that seamlessly integrates with our customers' critical infrastructure. You'll own our API strategy, partner portal, and integration roadmap so that technology partners and customers can unlock new integrative scenarios

This role requires deep technical understanding of APIs and data sharing, strong business acumen to identify strategic partnership opportunities, and the ability to work across engineering, sales, and partner teams to deliver friction-free integration experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the API product strategy and partner integration roadmap, aligning with company growth goals and customer needs.
  • Lead the development of our partner portal and API ecosystem, ensuring partners can easily integrate, test, and scale with Technosylva's platform.
  • Work directly with strategic partners (utilities, government agencies, technology vendors) to identify integration opportunities and joint value propositions.
  • Create comprehensive API documentation, SDKs, sample code, and sandbox environments that enable rapid partner adoption.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to design APIs that are scalable, secure, and follow industry best practices for data sharing.
  • Coordinate with sales and customer success teams to identify and prioritize high-value integration opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with security, data privacy, and regulatory requirements across multiple markets and jurisdictions.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of partner integrations from discovery through launch and ongoing optimization.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience with at least 3 years focused on APIs, integrations, or platform products.
  • Deep technical understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, authentication protocols (OAuth, API keys), and data formats (JSON, XML).
  • Proven experience building and managing partner ecosystems or developer communities.
  • Strong understanding of API design principles, versioning strategies, and backward compatibility.
  • Experience with API management platforms and developer portal tools.
  • Track record of successfully launching and scaling B2B integrations with enterprise customers.
  • Excellent analytical skills with ability to model revenue opportunities and track API adoption metrics.
  • Outstanding written communication skills for creating technical documentation and partner materials.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Requirements

  • Experience with geospatial data standards and APIs (WMS, WFS, GeoJSON).
  • Knowledge of utility industry data standards and protocols (CIM, IEC 61850, ADMS integrations).
  • Familiarity with weather and climate data APIs (NOAA, weather services).
  • Understanding of wildfire behavior modeling and risk assessment methodologies.
  • Experience working with utility companies, government agencies, or other regulated industries.
  • Knowledge of machine learning APIs and model deployment strategies.
