Senior Product Manager – Partnership Programs

Please Note: This position is hybrid. You must reside within driving distance of our offices in Los Angeles or Costa Mesa, CA to attend meetings and team collaboration.

AAA is looking for a Senior Product Manager to play a pivotal role in driving AAA’s strategic growth through the development, management, and monetization of high-impact partnerships (aka AAA Discounts & Rewards program).

This role is all about driving growth through high-impact collaborations that create value for both AAA and its partners. This is a chance to make a real impact by growing one of AAA’s most visible programs and delivering meaningful value to millions of Members.

 

Here’s what you’ll do:

  • Grow partnerships – Identify and secure new opportunities, negotiate win-win agreements, and stay ahead of consumer trends to keep the program fresh and relevant.

  • Manage relationships – Serve as the key contact for strategic partners, ensuring smooth integration, strong performance, and ongoing collaboration.

  • Drive membership growth – Work with partners to expand AAA membership through their employee and customer channels.

  • Lead a team – Mentor and develop a high-performing group, fostering a collaborative, results-driven environment.

 

What you need:

  •  Both strategic and hands-on experience—a creative thinker who can turn insights into action, build strong relationships, and inspire a team.

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, management, communications or related field required.

  • Extensive experience in partnerships, business development, or marketing—and a track record of negotiating impactful deals and leading projects

  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing and negotiating strategic partnerships with top-tier brands.

  • Prior budgeting, forecasting, and/or strategic planning experience required.

  • Demonstrated experience in project management required.

  • Staff management experience preferred.

The starting pay range for this position is:

$156,500.00 - $208,100.00

Additionally, for full time positions, you will be eligible to participate in our incentive program based upon the achievement of organization, team and personal performance.
