About This Role 
This position offers an extraordinary opportunity to innovate and evolve Biogen’s industry-leading Multiple Sclerosis portfolio, improving patient outcomes for millions. As a Senior Product Manager of Patient Marketing, Digital Content Designer you will be responsible for the delivery of digital content across Biogen’s MS brands. You will partner with the wider MS Marketing team and manage agencies responsible for developing creative content and deploying targeted media.
 

What You’ll Do 
Deliver MS Marketing Portfolio Patient Strategy
•    Design and deliver comprehensive portfolio digital marketing content aimed at engaging and educating patients aligned to MS Portfolio strategy, focusing on understanding and improving customer experience with the brand.
•    Tailor digital campaigns to specific patient targets, considering patient segmentation, brand priorities and market dynamics to ensure messages are relevant and resonate with the intended audience
Manage Agencies and Activate Cross-Functional Partners
•    Clearly communicate the Digital and sponsorship Portfolio MS Marketing Strategy to selected agency partners and relevant internal stakeholders to ensure understanding of scope of work and support needed
•    Effectively oversee, guide, and monitor agency partners through project execution to ensure timely delivery of high-quality, measurable, digital content aligned to MS Portfolio Strategy; provide creative direction and feedback during the content creation process
•    Collaborate with Marketing team, agencies, and Cross-Functional partners to establish and track KPIs for campaigns and projects
Optimize Strategy Based on Performance and Data Analysis
•    Utilize data analytics and digital tools to track engagement, analyze user behavior, and measure impact of digital marketing initiatives
•    Leverage impact assessments and marketing mix analysis to refine strategy for better outcomes aligned to MS Portfolio strategy
•    Develop digital pilots with robust measurement plans to test and assess new digital approaches; scale appropriately based on performance

Qualifications

Required Skills: 
•    5-7+ years pharmaceutical marketing experience; minimum 2 years digital experience 
•    Expertise with varying channels and tactics, digital platforms, and associated compliance and regulatory requirements 
•    Demonstrated success managing agencies, external partners and internal stakeholders
•    Experience managing budget and finances 
•    Bachelor’s degree; Advanced degree preferred (e.g., MBA, PharmD)

Preferred Skills:
•    Neurology experience is a plus

  • Consumer or DTC experience a plus

Additional Information

The base compensation range for this role is: $144,000.00-$193,000.00


Base salary offered is determined through an analytical approach utilizing a combination of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills & experience, job location, and internal equity.

Regular employees are eligible to receive both short term and long-term incentives, including cash bonus and equity incentive opportunities, designed to reward recent achievements and recognize your future potential based on individual, business unit and company performance.
