PHIL is looking for a Senior Product Manager - Launch and Client Success to own the successful launch of new clients onto PHIL's platform, as well as ensuring their ongoing success by configuring business rules, developing client-specific capabilities, and driving program optimizations. In this role, you will lead client discovery and solutioning, guide new manufacturer and provider partners through the decisions that shape their B2B and B2C experience, and drive the execution needed to get them live on time and configured correctly.

Because launch demand fluctuates, this role is designed to flex. When launch volume is high, you will run point on new client implementations end to end. When it eases, you will pick up product management work on PHIL's roadmap, so your skills need to hold up in both modes: strong client-facing implementation chops and strong product management fundamentals.

Responsibilities

Launch and Implementation

  • Lead client discovery sessions to understand a new client's goals, constraints, and technical environment, and translate them into a concrete launch plan

  • Guide clients through B2B2C product decisions that affect their end consumer experience, weighing in as the expert on what will and won't work well for patients and providers

  • Partner with engineering to scope, sequence, and implement client-specific configuration and changes, ensuring technical alignment and on-time delivery

  • Set expectations and communicate proactively with client and internal stakeholders throughout the launch, surfacing risks early and adjusting plans as needed

  • Track launch outcomes against goals and feed lessons learned back into the launch process to make the next one faster and smoother

Product Management and Client Success

  • Own roadmap work balancing against bandwidth needed for launches, applying the same rigor used in launch work to ongoing feature and platform development

  • Use data to evaluate product performance and identify opportunities to improve adoption, engagement, and manufacturer or provider value

  • Translate strategic goals, across both client (manufacturer) and end-user (patient or provider) needs, into clear product direction and requirements

  • Collaborate with design, engineering, client success, and commercial teams to deliver solutions across both B2B and B2C surfaces

  • Define and track performance metrics tied to business outcomes such as adoption, retention, and value delivered

  • Identify opportunities for improvement for Client program performance, drive alignment on business value, and own change implementation to achieve expected results.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, solutions architecture, or a similar client-facing product role in a technology-driven environment

  • Proven experience leading client or partner implementations, ideally including discovery, project planning, and go-live

  • Working knowledge of B2B and B2C product principles, with the ability to advise clients on decisions that shape a consumer-facing experience

  • Comfortable working directly with engineering teams to scope technical work and make implementation tradeoffs

  • Strong project management instincts: able to break down ambiguous work, sequence it, and keep multiple stakeholders moving in the same direction

  • Excellent stakeholder communication skills, with a bias toward clear documentation

  • Comfortable working with data to define, monitor, and improve performance metrics

  • High-agency and adaptable, able to move between deep client implementation work and standard product management work as demand shifts

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

  • Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or another complex, regulated domain is a plus

Benefits

● Ground floor opportunity with one of the fastest-growing startups in health-tech

● Fully remote working environment

● Competitive compensation (commensurate with experience)

● Full benefits (medical, dental, vision).

● 401(k) contribution opportunity.
