The Inbound team owns everything that happens from the moment a buyer signals interest. This includes form capture, enrichment, routing, nurture automation, scheduling, and the signals produced by website traffic and other inbound touchpoints.
Today, many teams rely on a patchwork of forms, schedulers, enrichment vendors, routing tools, automation platforms, and custom scripts. These systems are fragile, hard to update, and cause high intent leads to leak or slow down. Our work is to replace that with a single, reliable system where inbound just works.
We help Marketing, Sales, and RevOps teams capture every lead, enrich it instantly, qualify it accurately, route it correctly, and convert it into a meeting with confidence. We build the control layer that keeps inbound healthy and makes it simple for teams to scale without complexity.
What you will doJoin the Inbound team and help make Apollo the default place to run inbound.
You will work on the core systems that turn interest into revenue. Examples include:
- Form capture that does not leak
- Enrichment that makes every submission immediately usable
- Website visitor intelligence that identifies accounts and contacts, enriches them, scores them, and triggers AI powered routing
- Calendar routing that respects ownership, territories, intent, and capacity
- Scheduling that converts interest into confirmed meetings in minutes
- AI features that help teams qualify leads, predict intent, and prioritize the next action
- Reporting that shows where inbound is healthy and where attention is needed
You will define the product vision for inbound, translate it into a roadmap, and work across engineering, design, data, marketing, sales, and RevOps to bring that vision to life.
ResponsibilitiesProduct development at Apollo is a collaborative effort across engineering, design, data, marketing, sales, customer success, and RevOps. You will be part of a team of product managers who think in systems, use the products they ship, and build products revenue teams rely on every day.
You will:
- Meet with customers to understand how they capture and convert inbound demand today
- Identify the most important breaks in the inbound flow across capture, enrichment, routing, scheduling, and handoff
- Define the strategy and narrative for inbound and how it connects with outbound, scoring, and workflows
- Write clear product specs and work with engineering and design to explore solutions and scope iterations
- Guide delivery from discovery through launch and adoption
- Instrument funnels and track performance metrics such as speed to lead, lead to meeting conversion, qualification accuracy, and SLA adherence
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer facing teams to package and launch new capabilities
- Represent the Inbound area in planning and help align dependencies across workflows, meetings, scoring, and integrations
- Keep the roadmap grounded in customer needs, operational simplicity, and long term platform health
We are looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements for this role. If you meet them, you are encouraged to apply. The preferred qualifications reflect what helps PMs thrive at Apollo and are a bonus, not a requirement.

- Strong analytical skills and comfort making decisions when data is limited
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to synthesize complex problems, articulate tradeoffs, and align cross functional teams
- Strong customer empathy across Marketing, Sales, and RevOps personas
- You are scrappy and move with urgency. You unblock yourself, simplify complexity, and keep momentum high
- You have built or scaled a 0 to 1 product or taken an early stage product into clear adoption
- You can internalize a full cross functional business and lead a product vision that aligns engineering, design, GTM, and operations
- You have experience designing or contributing to a multi product platform with shared workflows or infrastructure
- You are a creative product thinker who enjoys exploring ideas with engineering, design, analytics, marketing, and sales
- You have strong product taste, especially when defining defaults, flows, and configuration boundaries
- You write clearly and precisely, with a talent for explaining customer problems and the reasoning behind a solution
- You are motivated by improving the daily lives of revenue teams and solving operational pain
- You have started or run a business before, or have worked in environments where ownership was high and resources were constrained
