Reporting to our Director of Product Management, this Senior Product Manager II will own major aspects of our product, roadmap, and strategy – driving business impact directly.
About the roleInvest time with our users and learn deeply about their needs and jobs-to-be-done
Identify new technologies and industry trends, build business cases, and define product vision and strategy across multiple teams or product areas
Partner with engineering, design, and others to ship solutions that delight our users and make measurable impact on the business
Work with and influence company leadership
Understand and improve key product and business metrics
Take risks and make calculated tradeoffs
Own your product(s) end to end
7+ years of product management experience building products in high-growth companies; versed in setting product strategy & vision
Deep empathy for users and a desire to solve meaningful problems
Comfortable navigating ambiguity; you’ve thrived on cross-functional teams and/or in startups
Data-driven approach to solving problems for customers and internal stakeholders
Excellent communicator across a broad range of audiences
Collaborative and outcome-oriented – you create momentum for your team
Collaboration and diverse perspectives are central to your approach to product development
Background in employee benefits or insurance is helpful, though not required
